This expansive corner condo warmly welcomes you to the adjacent beach upon entry into the home. With almost 1,600 square footage, you will enjoy the views all the way through this luxurious, tropical-themed property. Prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Meet up for meals or board games at the dining table, or spread out and watch your favorite shows or movies in the living area.

Sunrise Beach is located just down the road from Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just a few minutes west is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jonā€™s, dining, and endless shopping opportunities at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park you'll find a 16-screen movie theater and a Dave & Busters arcade.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). We definitely enjoyed our stay there. The view was beautiful and great! It being an end unit, we had a view of the ocean & the strip because of the wraparound balcony. Just a couple minute walk to Sharkeyā€™s. Love that place! We will definitely return in the future. Well needed vacation with the family!!

Lodging was very clean and spacious. It was located close to all the major attractions. It was crowded and this made elevator access slow. I would normally have just used the stairs but we were on a higher floor and I am not in that kind of shape. :)

Great condo

This corner condo has lots of space for family. The large round table was a win for games. The kitchen is well-equipped. The corner condo provided great views of the beach and Panama City.

Pretty nice place, just needs some minor love.

This was our first stay at Sunrise, but have stayed in plenty of PCB condos. We enjoyed it for the most part, just some minor nitpicks. Good: -This unit has a great view west with the wraparound balcony - wonderful for sunsets and looking down the beach/front beach road. -Nice pools and splash play area for the kids. -Elevators and carts were quick/plentiful during our fall stay. -Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. -Front desk was very friendly/helpful, we arrived an hour early and were able to check in then. -Beach service/chairs included! Could use some work: -two of the three beds in our unit were quite uncomfortable, need some upgrades. The bedding was also very light, would be great to have some extra blankets. -Dishwasher seems to have a fault where it beeped all the time. -TV's were initially non-HD, but the service was upgraded w/ HD on our last day. -Master bathroom door lock does not work. -Living Room fan & light remote non-functional. -Pool security was a little annoying with wrist band checks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would do so again if price was right. None of the issues above impacted our stay enough to even mention to management.

Awesome Condo!

We decided to book a long weekend, last minute vacation. The condo was great! Everything looked and smelled so clean when we got there. We had everything we needed. It was an added bonus to have two condo rental chairs and umbrella included in our stay. The corner unit on the 17th floor was spectacular and the views from both angles was breathtaking. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed eating at Runaway Island. The food was delicious! The rental company keeps in steady contact with you leading up until check-in and periodically throughout our stay to make sure you have everything you need. They notified us of the ability to add late check-out, which was a bonus! The only negatives would be the elevators being soooo slow and the parking deck having tight parking spots. We would definitely book this condo again!

Fantastic Condo!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a beautiful condo, great location, and very comfortable. The host was quick to answer my questions and was very friendly. The check-in was quick and seamless. The condo itself was very well appointed, and I was especially impressed with the kitchen, which any and everything we needed. There were a few small things that needed some updating or a little TLC, but overall, I would definitely recommend this unit. We also loved that the building was within walking distance of several restaurants and a very quick drive to Pier Park and grocery stores. We would definitely stay there again and again!

Oh my goodness!!! What a condo!!!! Very large, great location to everything, the best stocked condo we ever had and clean!!! I have put this condo address in my book to book again when we come back. We have NEVER went back to the same condo before. One of my sisters has bad knees. The walk to the beach was not long and loved the covered parking!!! LOVED!!!!

Evaluation of stay

Staff were friendly and meet our every need! We were shorted one day on our stay and when I made the reservation it was to beTHROUGH 3/18. Gave the name of the booking person and date the request was made, but you would not honor the request. This caused a great deal of issues for us and we had to book additional days through a friends owner. At an additional cost of $600.
