INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Amazing View

Everything was very clean. The large L-shaped balcony and the living room patio doors provide a you of both the beach and the water.

Family and friends 2024

The property was nice and clean it had everything we wanted. My only suggestions would be more seating on the patio and pot holders in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend 😊

Needs some work

Great location on the beach. The unit needs some maintenance. Slider door did not lock, bolt lock did not work, torn screens, ants, and leaky faucet in the primary bathroom.

Very disappointed

Arrived to a condo under construction and unlivable after driving twelve hours. Door code was given prior to arrival and we walked in to all the furniture and furnishings piled up in the living room. Will never book with Panhandle Getaways again.

Great Location

Don't drive a vehicle over 6'8! There isn't anywhere to park! No one was available to help with parking. Check the dryer upon arrival because it needed fixing. Other than these 2 things it was a great place to stay.

Great Space - Excellent View

Condo was very nice, clean and well appointed. Elevators were a challenge though, especially on check out day. Only 3 out of 4 were working most of the time we were there. Also, no parking options for over-height vehicles, even those with cargo toppers so we had to remove it and store in our unit. Also, there are several steps down to beach level which was not communicated anywhere in the listing.

Very spacious and Super Nice!!!

We loved this unit. It was very, spacious, and just what we were looking for. Great views from all angles of the Livingroom. Full size washer and dryer made it so convenient to rewash towels and clothing during our stay. I would LOVE to own this unit! The only issue we had, which was minor, was the disconnect on the parking registration on the guest svcs site . We paid prior to arriving however Security didnt see it i! Panhandle Getaways was great !!! They made some calls and got it cleared up right sway !! 5 stars

Only a few minor issues.

Need to add an additional chair in the living room area. Was not clean according to my expectations. Sand everywhere on the floor. No broom to clean it up. Purchased myself. No potholders available. Bed in the master bedroom is so tall you can barely get up into it.

Spring Break 2024

The stay was amazing and felt like home away from home! We called maintenance for a couple minor things, and they were very responsive and communicative. There was a fire alarm test that we were notified would occur during our stay, but it lasted a lot longer than expected (timeframe outside of the time provided to us). Good thing we spent lots of time enjoying fun in the sun, so it wasn’t as much of a nuisance as it could’ve been, and I consider it a plus to know that safety is considered a priority! The appliances were up-to-date and easy to use. Clean and well maintained property. The beach was closed most of the days we visited, but the pools/hot tubs were open. One pool is heated, so of course it was pretty crowded most of the time, but everyone was so friendly and we made new friends while there! One of our kiddos was literally crying on the way out of the door as we left today. Now on the way back to reality, I think I want to cry too! LOL Needless to say, we look forward to returning again soon! 😊
