This designer vacation getaway includes a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with marvelous granite countertops and all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve home-cooked meals. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area and start planning your next adventures as you enjoy a deliciously fresh beverage. If you book this dream beach retreat, you'll be granted access to the resort's shared amenities that include marvelous and large swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a convenient hot tub that is perfect for relaxation, a well-equipped BBQ area with charcoal grills, an incredible fitness center in case you'd like to stay in shape during your vacation, a basketball court, a sauna, and even a steam room!

If cooking isn't your forte, all you have to do is step outside your beach abode and you'll find plenty of dining options nearby and along Front Beach Road. Dine with the locals at The Craft Bar, Coconuts Restaurant, or Mike's Cafe & Oyster Bar, all one and a half miles from your condo. Pier Park is 0.8 miles from the resort and offers shopping and plenty of family-friendly entertainment such as Dave & Buster's, Grand IMAX Theater, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property is good and located close to beachfront and also very clean and secured. Very comfortable for kids and family. All amenities including hot pool and spa and gym.home has ample stuff to cook and spend holidays for a week. All stores Walmart and Target very near. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to visit again.

The view was great. Plenty of room for up to 4 guests. Very clean and furnished with most anything you would need to cook if you chose to do so. The checking process was pretty easy. Dont forget to do early checkin or you will be charged an additional fee. Read the fine print in your confirmation email for instructions.

Nice clean rooms , beautiful view of beach from room! The only downside are elevators they take forever to get one to take you up and down! & some of the staff are very rude! They dont greet you or anything they just stare at you! But other then that its a great stay!

We had 2 adults and 5 kids for the 4th of july week. There were 2 pools and there were chairs available every time we went and the tiki bar with music was a nice touch. They also had snow cones which my kids loved. We had 2 chairs and an umbrella that came with our room which was amazing. My youngest wanted the game room but it was several toy machines that were impossible to get anything from, so I would avoid the arcade. It was in walking distance to the pier where we saw an amazing sunset and we had a really good view got the fireworks on the pier. There were people shining spot lights from the hotels onto people that were on the beach at night and security did nothing about it. There were also people shining lights directly at the hotel making it hard to sit on the deck at night. The elevators are awful. Luckily we stayed on the 5th floor so we were able to use the stairs but if we had to use the elevator it was a 30min wait at least. The parking garage was across the road which wasn't too bad there was just a lot of walking. Our room in the condo was in the side of the walk way so the light was on all night and there were only blinds making it very hard to sleep. Especially in the morning as soon as the sun came up. We found a bowl of stagnant water under the sink under the food disposal that looked and smelled like it had been there a while and then we realized the food disposal was broken. We couldn't get the wifi to connect. They had all the things in the kitchen that we needed to cook and it was clean other than the water under the sink. A different condo would have made a big difference but not sure we will stay here again

Great company

Vacasa was exceptional. We had a coffee pot go bad on us… I called…. No questions asked.. a brand. We coffee pot showed up within minutes. Vacasa at tidewater had staff constantly cleaning the premises /walk away, with an ever-present security staff available to guide you / answer questions…. It was unlike dealing with your “normal” privately owned condos where you are at some owners next who lives states away and may or may not be a jerk (happened too many times staying on the gulf coast)…. Vacasa made our stay comfortable and I cannot imagine going back to PCB and not staying with them. We w had so many discouraging stays with private owners Oliver the years with condos, and having to deal with room / property issues , we had became discouraged …. Especially since prices have skyrocketed over the past year for condo rentals…. Vacasa PCB is the only way to go for us going forward. Our stay was reminiscent of an all inclusive stay in the carribean barring the food/amenities. Thanks again Vacasa !!!.. 5 Stars all day from me !

Great apartment and complex

The view was to die for, exactly why we wanted to visit Panama City Beach. The other people staying in the complex were quiet. Very relaxed and safe place to stay. The only down side are the roadworks meant that there were no sidewalks. But that will be finished in due course. Will definitely be back.

Quick New Year's Trip

The place has a beautiful location but was lacking in everything else. First of all, the staff called and asked what time we'd like to check in. I told her that we were already in the city, so as soon as possible would be nice. She said ok, but then the room still was not ready until 4pm. This is fine, as that's what the listing said. However, when we finally got to check in after 4, there wasn't even staff left at the desk to give us parking passes and wristbands. Then, the room was not clean at all, so I'm not sure what they were doing until 4. The sheets on the pull out couch bed had clearly not been cleaned and were still balled up from the previous guest. The kitchen smelled like old food. The remote control was even covered in something sticky that I had to remove with a Clorox wipe. On top of that, a piece of flooring was missing in the bedroom, and the front door would barely close. It looked like someone had recently damaged the door frame. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It would be unacceptable anytime, but especially during a global pandemic.

Great spot- we will be back!

Lower floor meant we could take the stairs and not wait so often for the elevator. Nice place- had everything we needed, beautiful ocean view. Kids liked the amenities at tidewater. My only negatives: keypad needs replace or new batteries and carpet in the bedroom is pretty worn. Super happy with our stay!

Perfect Floor

This unit is on the 5th floor which ended up being perfect because the view of the ocean was perfect but we could still use the stairs due to the long wait times for elevators. Nice big living room and open kitchen, perfect for family hangout.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Everything was great except originally no paper towels (not 1 roll), but once notified, they quickly resolved it and provided 1 roll. Overall, wonderful stay. We walked up and down the stairs mostly since elevators took longer than we liked. Thanks.
