Parking Information:



All TIDEWATER guests must be registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $60 + tax for this unit. This fee includes 3 parking permits for this unit. Wristbands will be given to guests age 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear the wristbands while on the property. This fee is in addition to the booking and will include all amenities and parking pass(es). An extra $10 fee will be added when registering less than 24 hours before check in.



Guest Entry Instructions:



This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code for entry. This code is reset after each guest's stay, so please be prepared to provide a new code upon arrival.
