VERY CLEAN 3BR/3BA OCEANFRONT CONDO

The Tidemaster, located in the heart of the Ocean Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach is a luxurious nine story concrete & steel high rise oceanfront resort. The Tidemaster offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, outdoor showers, a grilling area, 2 Twin High Speed Glass Elevators, a secured lobby and a large parking lot. Our 5th floor corner unit (#506) has a wonderful floor plan. WiFi wireless internet service is included for free with all rentals.

This condo has about 1500 square feet of floor space. The living room overlooks the ocean and has upgraded sliding glass doors that open to a private oceanfront balcony. The balcony is also furnished with chairs & a chaise lounge, so that you can relax and enjoy the view. This condo rents from Saturday -Saturday.

This condominium is the owners second home. It has been totally renovated and is tastefully decorated. The living area has a wonderful view of the ocean, as well as a great view from the master bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the living room have access to the private oceanfront balcony (new upgraded sliding glass doors ). The master bedroom has a new King size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a new King-size bed and Third bedroom with two new Queen size beds. All bedrooms have Flat Panel TVs, and ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has a 50 inch Flat Screen TV.

The spacious living room and dining room flow well together. The living room has recessed lighting and a ceiling fan for added lighting and comfort. The dining room has a table for six and the breakfast bar seats four. The kitchen has granite counter tops. The entire unit except the bedrooms have new tile floors. The bathrooms have new vanities and granite top surfaces. This is a well maintained unit and one that has a lot of space. Plan ahead now for that vacation and make your reservations early.

These units book fast! Reserve the condominium and the week you want, not what is leftover. Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with a prepayment are excluded. RENTALS RUN FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Great Beachfront Condo

The condo was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Good layout, great views, and very clean. Check-in and check-out information was clear and easy to follow. The host was extremely responsive in answering a few questions I had before check-in. She also very quickly resolved a minor issue we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property and host.

This was the nicest condo property we have stayed in. Much attention to detail from the color coordinated towels to the matching napkin holder. Great water pressure comfortable furniture and beautiful views. Can't wait to do it again.

Our pandemic haven

My daughter, son in law and grandson met me for my 65Th birthday and a reunion after one yr apart. This was a very special trip for us and we couldn't have been happier with this condo. plenty of room, clean as a whistle and easiest check in ever. We enjoyed the location ( walkable to little shopping area) and beachfront, the smallish size of the building which limited the number of people around, the elevator access directly to the condo which also limited our exposure to other people. The fact that the building has no lobby where people wait for elevators and cram inside as they do at many of the condos we visited was a real plus. I am immunocompromised and spent 2 months in the hospital in the spring so this really mattered to me. The elevator waiting areas are under the building and technically outside so I was much more comfortable. There were very few times when anyone else needed the elevator at the same time so it was easy to ensure we rode alone. Pandemic aside, the condo is beautiful and very comfortable. We have plenty of space and everything we needed to feel right at home. Having 3 bathrooms is a real plus for any family traveling together and the location of the bedrooms meant we had some space between us when my grandson was napping. The owner could not have been more responsive and this is a place we will be certain to rent again.

Very clean condo, excellent facilities, and comfortable. Right on the beach, so it was convenient for older relative. Cannot say anything negative about our stay.

Wonderful property in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for 6 of us! Loved the location - so close to everything! We will definitely be back to rent this condo again!

Wonderful Experience

First of all I want to say Tommy was wonderful to work with by answering all our questions prior to trip. The condo is just as described, it’s very comfortable, clean, lovely decor, excellent area, and convenient to many places for shopping, restaurants, and etc. We will definitely be contacting Tommy again when we make another visit to North Myrtle Beach. Great location - lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tidemaster condo. We found the accommodations exactly as described / pictured, the cleanliness exceptional, and the location / access to beach and town were perfect for our family on this trip. The communication with the owner both beforehand and during our stay was very easy, and the directions for our stay were clearly written out both in emails and left in the condo. We would definitely return if we travel back to North Myrtle.

Very clean, cozy and well appointed...

This unit was immaculately clean, generously and well appointed, and perfectly situated in every way. You're very close to the beach (no dragging of your beach gear through long access walks or through long stretches of hot sand. There's a small number of units in the building so while the areas to the left and right of us were crowded, the beach in front of our building was not. Everyone in the building and in the neighborhood was sweet and friendly. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are plentiful and very nearby. We had a lovely time and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Fantastic location/Exceptionally clean/immaculate unit

This room was a lifesaver for us. We had originally rented a room through another realtor, not naming names, anyway the room was a mess, musty, dirty, broken beds, stained mattress pads, etc., it was disgusting! We had tried to get ahold of the realtor, but just got tossed back and forth between realtor and the owner. We all decided we were leaving and started looking for a new room (after we just drove 12 hours)! We saw this room on line, the pictures looked gorgeous, clean, etc., and Tommy got back with me within the hour, I would say, and after hearing our story had our unit ready to get into the next day at around 1:00. It was just as pictured, smelled so clean, beds were made for us, kitchen was very well equipped with just about everything we needed; it was just beautiful. I would definitely rent this room or one of his other rooms again!!! Also Tidemaster is on the smaller side (I'm not one for the bigger buildings), I would definitely not hesitate to rent it if my kids were still little, seemed like mainly families, and a very well-taken care of property. Perfect condo

A great condo! There were six of us and it was perfect for us, plenty of room. Very clean and lovely furnishings. The view was fabulous and we loved the location. We had a great time there, hated to leave!

Perfect Week

A great vacation!

We just returned from our stay at this condo. With Hurricane Michael hitting Myrtle Beach a week before our planned vacation we were VERY worried. However, no damage that we could see to this area. The condo is beautiful and very well decorated. We have rented from Tommy before and were very happy with our units. I only had one suggestion.... since there was four of us the balcony seating is only for 3. A table and 4 chairs would have been nice since we like to enjoy a cocktail and play cards on the balcony in the afternoon. But we were very happy with the condo and hope to return again. Thank you Tommy for a great vacation.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful Family Vacation at the Tidemaster. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. We have also always liked that this building is a smaller building, making it much quieter and the elevator wait shorter. This was an end unit and the views were absolutely beautiful. The owner, Tommy Sides, was very kind and easy to work with. The proximity to Main Street is something we have always enjoyed when staying at this Condo complex. It's a very easy walk and the shops, restaurants and Ice cream are great!!!!

Family Vacation!!

My family and I first visit to North Myrtle Beach was awesome. This condo is great, everything they said it would be. The owner Tommy Sides is great to work with, he made the renting process of this condo easy. It was relaxing sitting on the balcony looking over the ocean. The condo has everything you need to dine with and plenty of room. The only thing I recommend is for Tommy to get a new guest book for everybody to sign because I used the last page lol. Thank you Tommy for a great condo, can't wait to come back!!!!!

Family Vacation!

My family and I have been visiting North Myrtle for several years now. Finding a place to stay is one of the biggest challenges I have to overcome. This condo was excellent! It wasn't just the Condo, Tommy was great to work with. I will stay at any property that he owns. The kitchen was beautiful, and there was enough room for everyone. Thank you for all of your help and a wonderful place to stay. We will be back!!

This property and these condos are in the ideal location. The condos are a very nice size with each bedroom being almost as large as the master bedroom which is a rare find and each has its own full bathroom. Low density with only 54 units in the building with 2 high speed elevators. The beach in front of our building is not overly crowded and the access back and forth to the condo is easy. Location, Location, Location. Main St and all of it's activities are just a short walk away. You will enjoy staying at this location. OCEANFRONT
