Great family vacation!

Great beach condo

Very clean, comfortable beds, close to beach & restaurants, great decor, everything needed for a pleasant vacation was provided.Loved the balcony, including our pups! We would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

New property, clean, comfortable and conveniently located in respect to the beach and local restaurants. Lots of private parking on property and has a nice pool.

Terrific place

Wonderful place & location. Easy access to the beach & many great places to go that are walking distance. Looking forward to booking again for next year. Robbie the owner is super helpful & very quick to respond.

Hidden Lake Condo

Had a great stay. Place was clean, well appointed and convenient to beach, restaurants and other activities. Robert couldn’t hang been a more accommodating and communicative host. Thanks for all the dining and activity tips as well as for the great accommodations. I am looking forward to staying with you again.

Great place to stay for vacation.

This is our 2nd year staying in these condos for our family vacation. The whole process was super easy. We were able to get in touch with Robbie if we had any questions and he was quick to answer. We will def be back!

Hidden Lake is Hidden Gem

Many thanks to Robbie for providing such a well appointed, perfectly located, fresh, clean and very comfortable condo. My teenage children and I loved everything about the casually stylish place, including the balcony overlooking the entrance and 30A... it might be the best located unit in the complex, it was for us!

It was exactly like the pictures showed

We had a great time in this unit. There were 4 Adults and 2 children. The bedrooms were equipped nicely. The kitchen had a lot of extras. The condo was very convenient to the beach, even the children who are 6 and 8 had no issues walking.

Fabulous Condo in Rosa Beach, FL

This gorgeous condo was the perfect spot for our get-away. The owner, Robbie, was attentive and easy to work with. The gated community includes beautiful landscaping and a walk-in pool complete with fountains. Restaurants, an ice cream shop and the ocean were a short walk away. The beach is clean, with beautiful, white sand and clear, emerald water. My family had a lovely week. We appreciate Robbie and his condo, and will return in the future!

Great beach condo

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Robbie’s condo. Communication was excellent! The location near Blue Mountain Beach was great. We’ve stayed in Seagrove, Miramar, Destin, Perdido Key, and Navarre in the past - we will be coming back to the Blue Mountain area for sure! We rented a golf cart to get around on 30A. We drove it to the beach access with our things - made it so easy! Kids enjoyed the pool. Condo was great - we had 6 people, 2 were kids. 2nd floor location. Nice balcony. We would go here again!

STAY HERE!!! Best condo in Santa Rosa

Communication with owner was easy. Everything is as described and pristine. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach access. Friendly complex with neighbors that care about who is onsite - even renters. Property managers around every day and the complex has been entirely renovated. Sheriff that comes at night to walk the property for security. Beautiful and brand new inside. Floor plan is laid out perfectly for a family. Loved the balcony - overlooks 30A and the entrance and gets a good breeze all day. Pool was amazing - zero-level entry that would be perfect for toddlers but my teenagers liked it too. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Robbie and Nita!

Great Location

Our overall stay was great and convient to restuarants and the beach. The condo had ample room for our party and was clean, and Robbie was great with communicating with us. One issue we had was the neighbor in the condo downstairs came to our door and complained that they could hear all of our footseps. We did not realize how thin or uninsulated the space was between the condos. We apologized and said we would do our best, but they seemed fairly upset and anoyed. They also began pounding on the ceiling downstairs when they felt we were being too loud. We also heard our upstairs neigbors as that walked about. We did our best throughout the stay to be as quiet as possible which proved difficult especially with young children.

These new condos have wooden floors instead of carpet, sound bounces , but it’s hard to keep 4 kids quite , but when you go to beach most of your time spent at pool or on beach 🏖… Overall glad you had a good time !!

Great Helpful Host / Great Condo

First, the owner, Robbie was truly great to work with. He worked with us thru booking, plans, answered questions, and gave great "local" suggestions before and anytime we asked during our stay. Sadly, this can be rare, but a wonderful host/owner. We have stayed for over 12 or 14 years in Santa Rosa--and now w/ 3 teen boys it's even more special. The Condo and facilities were extremely clean, extremely safe, well lit, well stocked and is close to everything you would want. (Beach/Restaurants/Seaside/Gulf Place/etc) We have to have a pool to cool down after several hours in the ocean. Great pool--shallow entry for little ones. Robbie's condo was extremely clean and had plenty of space for us and our three teen boys (18,16,14). The two king beds were super comfortable/spacious. The bunk room could sleep four more. It's fairly new so everything is nice in kitchen/bathrooms/etc. Nice balcony with seating for 7-8 in chairs/couches for early morning/evenings. Gulf Place/Shunk Gulley was 700 yds away/including beach access there. Gulf View Heights Beach Access was 50 yds east to Goatfeathers--then 100 yds down that street. 4 min walk. 1-2 min walk to Goatfeathers or Local Catch (some of best restaurants around). Plus 3-4 "rental" places within 2-3 min walk for bikes, SUP boards, golf carts, anything needed. Condo also has decent sized workout room and lots of space to walk around for kids/dogs/etc on the property grounds. Everything in the condo worked great also!

Beautiful and Short Walk to Beach

This had to be the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything that we needed. Had beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the beach. Just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

Fabulous location, super easy to get anywhere you want to go - whether driving or walking. The pool was awesome & never overcrowded. Robbie was so helpful & checked in on us via text throughout the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The only nit-picking thing is the floors in the condo we're really dirty. Not with crumbs, but our feet/socks turned black from walking around. We really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely book again.

We vacation every year in Santa Rosa, this condo was a perfect fit for our family. Beautifully decorated. The location was wonderful. Grounds & Pool were immaculate. Host answered any questions I had. Definitely would love to come back in the future.

Great Location

Great condo with short walk to beach and also restaurants and ice cream. Owners were super nice and responded very quickly. Condo was very nice, up to date and we loved the decor! Would 100% recommend!
