Fantastic views of the Calibogue Sound from this adorable 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home! You will love the open floor plan with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, pitched ceilings and beautiful coastal accents throughout. You enter into the living room that has a sofa, 5 accent chairs, and a fireplace with mounted TV. There is a wet bar with mini fridge and a glass table that seats 4 located right by the sliding glass doors overlooking the outside deck. Outside there is a large deck with a dark rattan patio set including a L-shaped couch, 2 rocker chairs, a glass umbrella table that seats 4, a Weber grill and bench seating around the border of the deck. Just a few steps down is your path to the beach.

Back inside, to the left of the entrance, is your dining room furnished with a large glass topped table with a dark rattan base that seats 8. The dining room cabinets are full of books, puzzles and games for your family’s enjoyment. Behind the dining room is the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a glass top stove.

To the right of the dining room is bedroom #1 offering a king size bed, white desk, accent chair and TV with DVD player. There are gorgeous views of the sound from this bedroom. The ensuite bath has a single vanity, lots of counter space and a walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall is bedroom #2 with two twin beds and a TV. This room also has a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

At the top of the stairs, behind folding doors, you will find a full size washer and dryer. To the right is bedroom #3 with a queen bed, large TV and an accent chair. The private bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is to the left of the stairs and has a queen bed, desk and TV. Water views are available from this room. The ensuite has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
