This charming 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home is perfectly located one block from the beach. The property is enclosed by a fence and it’s very private and quiet. This house can sleep six people. There is a queen bed, two twin beds and one trundle bed. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.
We have a full size washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. There is no dishwasher. Take a walk down to the guarded beach that has volleyball nets. Sit out on the large two-tiered deck and go swimming in our beautiful large pool with new liner. We have deck furniure, including a patio set with 6 chairs and 4 lounge chairs overlooking the pool. You can wash off in our new outdoor shower. Dine outside with our grill. Enjoy some time relaxing out on our front porch.
You can park 2/3 vehicles in our driveway. Head into town for many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Atlantic City casinos, outlets and restaurants are only a ten minute drive over the bridge. You can walk to the bakery, ice cream shops, the community center, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts and the skate park.
