Bright, clean, and colorful, this comfortable condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table (perfect for meals or family game nights), and an open and inviting living area that opens up to the balcony. On-site, the resort offers a number of amenities and activities including tennis, racquetball, an indoor-outdoor pool, fitness center, and two different restaurants. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Enjoy endless adventures in Miramar Beach and its sun-kissed surrounds. Head over to the city of Destin, just 11 miles west, where you can arrange for deep sea fishing excursions, parasailing adventures, and dolphin watches. Destin is also home to some of the finest golf courses in the area, so don't forget your clubs! For kid-friendly fun, spend a day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just a little over ten miles away, and be sure to visit the Village at Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, where you'll find several shops, excellent restaurants, and year-round special events.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
