Pool and hot tub, Gulf front, are now open until 9 PM, Hurricane damage repaired, except for the pier. Gulf Front, very large fourth floor, deluxe, three-bedroom Condo located directly on 15 miles of wide white sand beach at exclusive Sand Dollar Condominiums. Living room and large master bedroom overlook the Gulf and open onto a large balcony. Large second and third bedrooms have view over the Intercoastal Waterway. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, second bedroom 2 queen beds, third bedroom has 1 queen bed. All bedrooms have hi-def wall mounted TV. Full kitchen, glass top range, 26 CF frig with water/ice thru door, microwave, dishwasher. 65 inch hi-def TV in living room. High speed internet along with high speed WIFI are provided. Large, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, tiki huts and several grills all located directly on the beach. Sleep to the sound of the surf, read a book under one of the beachside tiki huts, swim in the large, heated pool or relax in the hot tub, grill out on the beach, or watch the sunsets from your private balcony. There are many attractions in the area, including Busch Gardens (60 min), Disney World (under 2 hours), and several great state parks, but you will not want to be away for long. Pack light, washer and dryer are in the unit. Membership in nearby gym included. Check calendar for availability. Note that for guest safety, security cameras are in operation with coverage over most exterior locations including the pool area as well as the lobby.

We had an excellent time and stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of storage and amenities. The building had construction going on the ground level so there was some noise during the day. The beach was very nice and the views are stunning! We did not use the pool but it looked nice and the hot tub was nice as well.

We loved our stay. Annette at the front desk was so helpful and Ed the owner was very responsive to our questions. The condo was well stocked with books, puzzles, beach items, and even a potty seat. The kitchen was also supplied with everything we needed to cook breakfast and a few dinners. Thanks for the great vacation!

This condo was very enjoyable for our week stay, equipped with absolutely everything we needed. I have my favorite condo in Miramar Beach and this condo is equal in quality, comfort and property amenities. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. The pool and hot tub were great. There is still some construction going on from the hurricane, but the Sand Dollar property is so well maintained and convenient in location up and down the coast. We drove up to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs, and down to Johnā€™s Pass, Treasure Island and St. Petersburg. Just so much fun. Ed the host is very responsive and welcoming into his property. He wants to make everything just right for your stay. We had a wonderful week and I canā€™t wait to return to this property next year or sooner. Thank you, Ed.

Great vacation rental

Very nice property on the ocean offering a pool, hot tub and even a private fishing pier. Unit was spacious, clean and offered all you need for a vacation with family. Booking was easy and owner/manager communicated before and during our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Time!

This was our 2nd year staying at Sand Dollar and it was a wonderful time. This year we stayed in 407 and everything was great. It was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Ed was great to work with as was Holly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation week

This was our first time visiting Indian Shores. We had a wonderful time staying at the Sand Dollar Resort. With the pool, hot tub and beach steps away, plus restaurants, grocery shopping near by there was no need to travel far. It was just what we wanted a fun and relaxing time!

Great Stay!

This was our 5th year celebrating Christmas on the beach with our family. This was our favorite spot so far. Condo was much larger than we had anticipated. Very comfortable and clean. Great views of the beach and the gulf. We will most definitely stay again!

Very clean and great location!

My family was very impressed with the condo. The condo itself was spotless with fantastic amenities, including cookware and utensils, beach chairs, beach towels and a huge selection of books. The grounds were well kept as well. We enjoyed the heated pool and large hot tub as we were there during cooler weather.

Hidden gem on the gulf of Mexico

Awesome property. All the amenities included. Location is incredible, close to all the grocery stores. Clean quiet beach. Warm pool and hot tub. Everything as described in the listing. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic Vacation

The view from the balcony was stunning! Location was perfect. The condo has all queen beds which was great, and had beach chairs, boogie boards and other things for the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub. Ed was amazing and great at communication.

Amazing Thanksgiving stay!

Such a beautiful condo with amazing views. We saw dolphins every morning! We enjoyed the clean, uncrowded beach daily and the heated pool and hot tub in the evenings. Great location --close to restaurants and grocery stores and a short drive to John's pass. Communication with Ed was great, he is so helpful! Would recommend staying here to anyone!! We hope to return soon!

Excellent Family Choice

We really enjoyed this condo. Our fist time at Sand Dollar but not new to vacationing in the area. Great location and the property was as described. The only complaint about the property was as others have described ~ only one elevator for all units.

I have travelled to many areas in Florida. This part of Florida between Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach is the most beautiful and relaxing part of Florida, yet convenient to many facilities and attractions. The 15 miles of wide white sand beaches are fantastic and are suitable for swiming, walking, running, and even bicycles as the sand is firm near the tide line yet fluffy back from the tide.

Great breakfasts and sunsets on the balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf,great tropical garden on the beach with palms, tiki huts, hot tub, and pool all beachside. Great restraunts in the area and a family oriented condo atmosphere. Be sure to visit some of the great Florida State Parks in the area including Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Myakka River and Egmont Key, featuring trails,boat rides, kayaks,bird watching, and even alligators.
