This brand new five-bed, five and one-half bath beach house is in the idyllic and private Grayton Landing community. This quaint new neighborhood sits lakefront on renowned Western Lake. This coastal dune lake is a rarity, as they can only be found in a few locations around the world, and it offers a freshwater sanctuary for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. The neighborhood also boasts a beautiful lakefront pool and docks for guests to use. Take a break and drop a line to test your luck at fishing while soaking up the sun.

Up to 14 guests can enjoy calling Grayt Lake their home away from home. The chef of the family will love to prepare meals in this state of the art kitchen with new appliances, or by firing up the outdoor barbecue grill. Decks on every level allow for a flow of fresh air and sweeping views. Can you think of a better place to enjoy a meal, a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine than overlooking the expansive scenery? Take family game night to a whole new level on the first-floor screened-in porch with a ping pong table, wet bar, picnic table, tv, and fans for when the competition starts to heat up. Be sure to also enjoy the updated backyard space with a fire pit and corn hole. This is a wonderful gathering place for everybody to enjoy.

This rental home features two master suites, each with plush king beds, TVs, large walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. An additional king bedroom and a queen bedroom each also have private en suite luxury bathrooms, TVs, and crisp linens. The top level of the home is a great place for the kids and teens to get some space as it combines a den with a TV and queen sofa sleeper, a large hall bath with a walk-in shower, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks.

Downtown Grayton is home to funky art, tasty restaurants, lively bars, and one of a kind shops. All of the fun, plus of course the sandy beach and refreshing Gulf, are just a few minutes away when you stay at Grayt Lake. Bikes are also provided for your use as an added convenience.
