This is a lower floor, two bed, two bath condo in building 3 with free WI-FI. The living room is cozy & comfortable with a mounted flat screen 50" TV, & a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, mounted 48" flat TV, ceiling fan, and a master bath with washer-dryer. The guest bedroom has a twin-full bunk bed with an extra slide out trundle bed. The full size kitchen has all the updated appliances you need including a Keurig coffee maker. Please note that these units do not have air conditioning. From your private balcony, you have a lovely mountain view and a ski in/out view of Oma's Meadow. From this condo, you have a short walk to Sugar Slalom and Upper Flying Mile. The new clubhouse is open with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

I have photos of coffee pot with molded over grounds. Baking sheet with food on it. Medicine cabinets dirty. Carpet and upholstery dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place! However this Condo is extremely dated and was not really clean. The sofa and loveseat were uncomfortable and the sheets on the beds has holes in them. The cookware in the kitchen was extremely old. Needs a remodel top to bottom. The pool abd spa were wonderful

Sugar Ski and Country Club wants all our guests to leave with happy memories so they will come back to visit. Please give us another try in future.

Great access to Sugar Mountain Ski!

Boys were able to snowboard down to pick up their lift tickets for the day and take the lift back. Was a great home base.

New Year Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great stay, the beds were comfortable and my family had a great visit. One of the greatest things, they really care about their clients. They called us early on the morning we were checking out to let us know there was no rush. There was a snowstorm and they said to leave when it was safe. Thanks to Hope and the entire team for making our trip fun and safe.

Water Pressure Issue

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a late arrival and our envelope with keys and check-in info was not left for us. It took several calls to the after hours number before finally getting a return call. The property manager did come and meet us but it was over 1.5 hrs from the time we arrived. She was very apologetic and comped our first night. The condo was fine except that the water flow in the master bath shower was literally a trickle and unusable. The new clubhouse however is absolutely amazing!

Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit provided what we needed for a three day ski trip. However, there were some issues. Only two of us were able to shower before the hot water heater ran out; the master bath toilet didn't overflow but continually came to the top even after numerous times of plunging; the unit was not cleaned well - dishes in the cupboards were removed and still had dried food particles in them, furniture was not dusted and there was dust and debris under sofa and loveseat.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never received an email or a final payment notification and had to call them myself. The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and she did take care of that right away, however she mentioned that I was never charged for the processing fee which was then added to my total. Check in was a little confusing as they moved everything to a gazebo behind their office trailer, which was never mentioned in any of the conversations had or emails provided. The unit was okay, it does need to be updated. After the first night sleeping in the master both of us woke up so congested that our sinuses were bleeding. As someone who does not have allergies and lives with a clean freak, my conclusion is that the carpets must not been cleaned in a very long time as the heat is radiant. The next day while I took the kids skiing she stayed behind to try to clean the condo amd make it better but to no avail, the congestion and sinus issues got worse each day. The ladder for the bunkbed is dangerous, it doesn't attach to the bed at all and needs to be fixed immediately!!! Also, the water pressure was terrible, shower was a trickle and the shower head was 6 inches below the top of my head and I am only 6'2". On another note, we rented this place because it was advertised as ski in ski out, however renters need to know that the area known as Omas meadow is not a priority for the ski resort and seems to be the very last area on the list to get snow made. They did start making it after day 2, sounds like a jet engine and runs all night, great for sleeping, not! We spent a lot of time driving to and from the ski lodge that was not planned because there was no snow at our condo. I could have rented another place nearby for half the cost if I was going to drive all the time anyway. I would not stay here again, maybe in another unit that was more updated, cleaner an better maintained. Then only if there is actually snow made and you can use as advertised.

Difficult to find condo following map. Wish they would have included building number. Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Well stocked with cooking utensils. Condo was a little cold and no instructions on how to turn heating knob so it was a guessing game. No Internet or cable so after a long day driving and skiing no relaxing in front of a good movie. No booklet in condo to help locate shops, restaurants etc. thank god for google. The person in charge of rentals was very apologetic and gave a discount to make up for it. Skiing was wonderful and we had a great time. Will try another condo next time.
