This is a Premium Rated two-bed two bath condo in building 5 with free WI-FI. The living room offers a 32" TV, sofa bed, and an electric fireplace. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. In the dining room there is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating at the bar. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed. In the guest room is a queen bed. The clubhouse is now open and ready for our guests with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas for guests to enjoy. Get away in the mountains!**No wood burning fire place**

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will definitely stay here again! The view is spectacular and the access to the slopes and the pool/hot tub amenities is perfect. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect. It was great having a dryer to use when we came in for lunch so everyone went back out with dry, warm gloves! The kitchen had what we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy.

Another great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. The room was ready when we arrived around lunchtime. We unloaded and went skiing. We enjoyed the newer kitchen remodel, baseboard heaters worked fine throughout. My only complaint was the Jacuzzi tub. First the tub is plumbed with 1/2" not 3/4" piping, so it's slow to fill. Once I got the water level above the suction and jets, I turned it on. It spit our merky water filled with little specks of black mold, because it had been too long since the last use. This wouldn't stop us from renting the unit again, I just wouldn't try to use it next time. I've plumbed many whirlpool tubs, and this problem is not unusual. This is just a heads-up. Thanks.

wonderful place - great location and even better when the lift will be open with snow. Location was super and convenient when having to drive to lodge, grocery store or rental of skis. The views were open views of the mounts - will be back for sure!

I felt completely at home during my stay also. My son loved the convenience of being able to ski out from our location. I wasn't able to do so because of my experience level but the drive down the mountain is short and beautiful and takes you directly to the ski resort.

Snowy Home away from Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cozy condo offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, etc. to prepare full meals, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean, and the view of the chairlift/slides was extraordinary. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bring extra sheets/blankets if you plan to use the pullout sofa, and note there is no central heat, but there are wall units that kept the unit at a comfortable temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Place

Property has good views and great location on the mountain. It has been renovated and was nice. The only issue I had was with the damage waiver that they require and I had already purchased one thru VRBO.

(Since I was 3) We are now bringing my children and they just absolutely love it! We have really enjoyed 523. This is our 2nd year in this unit! We are in love with the update that was done in 2017! Thank you for the hospitality! We enjoyed skiing all weekend. We also did Grandfather mtn this year & really enjoyed the experience.

The lack of snow did not hinder us this time, but we look forward to another stay when we can just ski right out to the lift from this awesome condo. And the beds were comfortable as well, that is rare for a vacation rental. :)

The unit had all that we needed for a relaxing get away! The master bedroom was a bit bright at night due to an outside light, so you may want to bring along a sleep mask if light bothers your sleep.We are hoping this resort rebuilds the pool area. We would definitely rebook this unit!

The handsome, furnishings and decor, new appliances and renovated bathrooms made for a comfortable, relaxing "perch" on a great mountaintop view. If I come back to Sugar Mountain - It is possible I would ask for this room again. Pros:Location of unit 5 is definitely the best on the property -- worth the extra $$, we were able to snowboard, then come right back to our room to grab a drink or rest Very clean and nicely decorated considering it was an older apartmentDecent enough mattressesEnough dishes, though some better cutting knives would be nice.Staff super friendlyJacuzzi, pool and sauna were AMAZING!!! A must if you're snowboarding -- we went after every run Cons: I'm only giving 4 stars because in March 2016, when we stayed, the sliding glass door was not allow to be open since the patio was damaged and needing replaced.Also -- really, this isn't the rental properties fault -- but we only got to snowboard for 2 of the 3 days and only the conditions are good on the first day. -- maybe go no later than february
