Enjoy an unforgettable getaway when you book this home in the heart of Sapphire Valley. The home is equipped with high-speed internet. There is a two-car garage that goes right into the main level that offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms with a cozy interior that has an open floor plan from den to dining room to kitchen. Den offers a stone, gas, fireplace open to the downstairs living space. This home has tasteful artwork throughout. The fully equipped kitchen (with brand new stainless steel appliances) comes with all you would need to entertain. Off the kitchen, there is a walk in utility room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. There are two wraparound decks with ample seating and a firepit. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, golf, tennis courts, pickleball, zipline, and much more. less than a mile from the Sapphire Valley Amenities. But secluded!!!
One more great advantage is that this home has a backup Generator. Mountains can sometime bring power outages.

The den area has seating for many plus easy access to both outdoor decks, Large TV with a DVD player and 50 movies.

1. Master on the first level has a king size bed, with a reading area a bath with a shower, tub, two sinks with a private toilet area. Smart TV with Utube etc.
2. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and walk in closet close to the bath.
3. Third downstairs' bedroom has a full bed with a walk in closet and pull out cot and close to the bath.
4. The fabulous new upstairs master has a king bed, two chairs for reading with a swivel Roku TV to enjoy! Views are incredible!!!!! Has shiplap walls, dome lite wooden ceiling with a Master bath that has a huge walk-in shower with intricate tile work.

3 week Cashiers Rental

This is a great location and very nice house. The property owner went out of her way to be communicative and make sure we had a good experience. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Location

A group friends shared the house for a three-day get-together. They loved the location and happily made use of the passes that gave them access to swimming pools and a private lake, and several sports. They also enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants, along with waterfalls and hiking trails.

Best of Both Worlds

We stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. I want to come back when we have more time. This was the perfect location. Very nice house with comfortable beds. We were in the woods (we even saw a bear cub) but were a short drive (at most 5 minutes) to restaurants, shops, gas station, grocery store. Best of both worlds.

Living in the Hills

The house was as advertised- wonderful! The location was perfect. It was close to Cashiers, local grocery stores, and dining. Even though the house was so close to everything, you felt like you were on your own private mountain. There was hardly any noise other than nature. The house was very clean, well maintained, well decorated, and beautiful

Great Family Time

Being reared in Eastern Kentucky the location of this property brought a flood of memories. The house being built close to the slope of a mountain gave the perfect view of the up and down hillside. It gave us the excitment of trying to climb to the top only to come back down and enjoy the fire pit, toasted marshmellows and hot chocolate. Loved the layout of the house and the way it flowed from room to room. Looking forward to a return stay.

Perfect Location

The home is perfectly located. It is secluded within the resort but close to a grocery store and fun activities. The resort has tons of fun things to do (definitely take advantage of paddle boats/kayaks on the lake!). It is well-furnished; the hosts appear to spend lots of time here and have thought of everything. Older kids were disappointed in the strength of the internet connection (for example, they couldn't stream Netflix), but it wasn't atypical for mountain homes.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Our 8 and 9 year old granddaughters loved the loft with the bunk beds. We had lots of fun making s'mores using the firepit on the back deck. We took advantage of the fun playground, putt putt course, and indoor pool. Bingo at the community center was also a treat. Nearby Fairfield Lake was a delightful addition. The drive way is a little scary, but not surprising since this is definitely mountain terrain. Our only complaint is that the mattresses in the first and master bedrooms were very hard.

Wonderful Stay in the Mountains

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and sent us information several days before our arrival. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit out on the pouch and have breakfast among the trees. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sapphire Valley home. The home was well equipped, with cookware and dishes. It was close to the Rec center, where we enjoyed the pool, spas, game room and mini golf. We had a few nice meals out, but for the most part, cooked at the house. The kids enjoyed the fire pit where we made s’mores. The beds and rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The driveway was ok for us, we did not bring a AWD vehicle, and did not have a problem. The grounds of the resort are nice, good playground, walking trails. Loved the streams running through it. Internet was not functional for us to work remotely, but not a problem-went to the Rec center and did some calls from there. The kids were unhappy about not having a good connection, but quickly adapted to doing other things. Thanks to the owner for the last minute reservation and good communication.

Lovely mountain home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sapphire mountain home. The house was clean and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the amenities of Sapphire Valley Resort- pool, lake, golfing, putt putt. The house itself offers lots of privacy and plenty of space for our family of five. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer are included if needed. We saw a black bear cub on our last morning- right at the back porch! Lovely, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
