Parkview Bay 113 - Lakeside Condo with balcony

This is a wonderful lakefront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo right at water's edge with a fantastic view of Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Wake up in the morning to see deer and turkey along the undeveloped shoreline across the cove. This condo offers a king bed in the primary bedroom with a private bath and the 2nd bedroom has a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a twin bed. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 cable TVs, a washer and dryer, WIFI throughout adjoined by a lakeside balcony make this the perfect choice to enjoy all the lake has to offer. The Parkview Bay Condo complex offers 3 outdoor seasonal swimming pools and a cove protected swim dock to enjoy some time in the lake. This condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach and is only a couple miles from Dog Days Lakefront Bar and Grill and the infamous Backwater Jacks. There are several golf courses located nearby and many other favorite area attractions. Shopping is just around the corner and boat rentals are available just across the street. Pack the bags, grab the kids and come on down to enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! A 12' X 30' boat slip is available for an additional fee per night. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: There is parking for 2 cars. The condo is 1 level down from parking. NO grilling or open flames allowed!

Great for a quick family weekend stay

We needed a home base during our teens baseball tournament and this was the perfect place to stay. Clean, great location, nice pool.

Parkview Bay

I swept up leaves, spider webs, fishing lures, bobbers, and cigarette butts from the living room and deck. Had to wipe the dirt off the deck table before we could use it. I couldn't get the master bedroom shower to work, had to use the other shower. I loved the location and the place itself.

Carmela, I am sorry about the condition of the condo. I do know sometimes our housekeepers miss the decks but the inside of the condo should have been pristine! Expensive Condo

The pictures were accurate, but the condo is very outdated. The condo advertises for family, children, etc, but the tv's don't have any children stations. The window curtain fell down on my son since it was held up by kabob sticks. I wish I would have got a nicer condo for the price I paid.

Best Location

Have stayed at this condo before. Love it and the location and being able to see our boat from the balcony. The only negative thing was there were only 2 washcloths.

Great location, needs updated

From furniture to bedding and plumbing, this unit hasn’t been touched since maybe 2000?! The living room furniture is super uncomfortable, and the bedding has been washed so many times it is threadbare. The floor in the dining room is sloping and the master bathtub didn’t drain well. Unit is clean and provides necessities.

Nice stay for a long weekend

Had a nice time staying at this property. Plenty big for a group of people. We all slept comfortably and having both bathrooms was great. Good size patio to sit and enjoy the lake. Easy check in with door code provided ahead of time. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great time

I booked this stay because we wanted something on the lake with a pool. This property was outstanding, literally right on the lake. We saw fish, snakes and turtles and not to mention all of the boats and jet skis flying by. The property was beautiful could've been cleaner especially after what was in the master bathroom, I'm disappointed we didn't know there was board games in the condo until we were leaving and we never got a parking pass, thankfully there wasn't an issue with that. That's not going to prevent me from booking again we had a blast and the locals are so nice and welcoming. Great attractions will definitely be back soon!

We absolutely loved our visit, we had so much fun. It was wonderful seeing the boats pass by and enjoy the deck! Check in was easy we got in late and didn't need to contact anyone, used our code and got right in. We'll be back very soon!! Great experience, I called a few times and my call was answered each time
