This lovely, beach-inspired home away from home has a cozy feel and offers wonderful views of the Gulf and pool from the fourth-floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded countertops that include a walk through to the dining and living room, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features a quite comfortable sofa and loveseat, a lovely mirrored wall, a country-style dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the Gulf side balcony. You will be delighted by the tile floors throughout this retreat. The main bedroom has a comfortable beach and palm theme including a large king bed, wicker furnishings, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a happy color scheme with two nice double beds, a TV, and a DVD player. Each of the bathrooms has a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, custom mirrors, and upscale lighting. A washer/dryer has been added to the unit for our guests' convenience. Come enjoy the beach life in style in this fine condo!

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Very clean, excellent beach views, and outstanding beach chairs and umbrellas set up for and waiting for us by 6am every morning. Donā€™t underestimate the importance of convenience for an outstanding stay.

Easy 2025 Girls Trip

We had the best time. The unit was cleaner than what weā€™ve had in the past with other companies. Furniture was comfortable, the bed pillows were just right and the AC was kickin! Beach access was perfect. The pool was a little warm to our liking but, was expected due to the temperature. We all agreed (five women) that we would definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thank you for answering my many questions and making our annual girls trip comfortable and stress free.

We have stayed in many places that say they are on the beach and then you get there, you have to look through buildings to see the water šŸ™„ Look no more! This place has ocean view with no buildings in front of you, you donā€™t have to cross any roads, all you have to do is walk downstairs and there is the beach! Oh and did I mentionā€¦.includes beach lounge chairs?!?

The private beach is the only way to go. The guests staying there enjoy a beach that isn't crowded. A front row view of the water is hard to beat. The unit was nice and quiet.

Condo had a great view and was super convenient for beach days and near the grocery store and popular restaurants and shops. Was nice not being in the heat of the traffic as well making it easy to get around. Could use a couch upgrade as it wasnā€™t super comfortable for the evenings. But the washer and dryer were great to have and the kitchen had all the necessities. Would love if it had a keurig so you didnā€™t have to make a whole pot but not a deal breaker. Nice to have a towel rack on the patio for after the pool and beach so that was a plus.

home away from home

This is my 3rd time staying this beach condo and my 2nd time on this unit. I just love the accessibility of everything here. From food to shopping to grocery and of course the beach. The unit is very homey, the only thing that needs to be upgraded is the couch,it sagging. Other than that everything is good. I would come back again.

Amazing Condo overlooking the Gulf of America!

Thank you for an amazing beach getaway! We had such a memorable trip, and weā€™re so grateful to the owner and staff of this unit. From the moment we walked in and saw the ocean view, we knew we were in for a treat. The condo was clean, cutely decorated, and well-suppliedā€”everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like just enough trash bags, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergentā€”saving us from making extra store runs. A big bonus was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showersā€”such a nice surprise that we all loved! The supply of towels was perfect for our group of six (2 parents and 4 young adult children), and the unit felt spacious and comfortable for everyone. We also loved the convenient access to the trash drop-off and the elevatorā€”just steps from the door. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after our morning and evening ocean swims. Everything about this place made our stay special. We truly canā€™t say enough good thingsā€”if youā€™re thinking of booking, do it! You wonā€™t be disappointed. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!

A Wonderful Trip!

We loved our stay in this condo! It is larger than most condos we have stayed in. It was very well stocked. It was also very cute with an amazing view. We never heard the neighbors at all, and we were there during spring break. Parking was great even though getting in and out of the parking lot was sometimes a little tough due to traffic. Check-in and -out were very easy. The location was good. We didnā€™t see any dolphins from the balcony, but we took a dolphin cruise so it was fine. I had to search and search for an available, reasonably priced condo, and we took a gamble on this one. It completely worked out. No complaints from us at all.

Was exactly as pictured and beach set-up was easy with the service provided. The con was that the code did not work upon entry and we had just driven and unpacked all of our things From the car with a big cart and was stuck waiting for a while with our kids in the heat because nobody was answering the phone number. My husband was able to run down to some office and obtain a new code.

Clean place to stay w/comfy beds

This condo was clean & everything was in good working order. Itā€™s on the 4th floor and we never had to wait much for an elevator. The Beach House is a nice place to stay to have enough space on the beach to spread out & still be close to everything. Highlights are having an umbrella and 2 chairs to use during your stay. You can also rent additional chairs and umbrellas. They are setup for you daily. This is a big plus. We donā€™t have to fight for a spot on the beach when we stay here. No need to get down early in the morning. The only down side with the particular unit is there are no extra blankets available & not a single seasoning available. So, if you like to cook in your condo you will need to bring or buy salt, pepper, etc.

Family Vacay 2023

This is our second time staying in C401. We visited last year and loved it so much we booked it again. We were disappointed this time around. There were several things that we were less than thrilled about. First, the sheets and covers smelled like mildew. We had to strip all the beds and wash everything. Secondly, the sheets on the king size bed didnā€™t fit. It was like they tried to squeeze a full size sheet on a king sized bed. The unitā€™s vacuum was missing also. We like to vacuum up the sand each day so our kids donā€™t have sandy feet getting into bed. The things we did like were the location of the condo. Itā€™s close to everything and the beaches are not overcrowded. Beach service was included which was a plus. The condo overall was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Checking in and out was so convenient and easy.

Beautiful view, nice little condo.

We love the balcony and view of the beach. Such a beautiful spot and beautiful beach. Condo is very nicely done and decorated except the furniture in the living area was very worn and uncomfortable.

Location! We love the fact that you have so much beachfront. We thought it might feel crowded, but it did not. We made friends with others staying there and plan to keep in touch. Access to everything was so easy. Thanks for giving our family a chance to make so many memories.

Girls Trio 2022!

The condo is beautifully done! Right on the beach with easy access to beach. Beautiful views from balcony. 5 women in our group. We tried to sleep two to a bed in the bedroom with two beds but I felt like my nose was against a wall! So we ended up taking turns on the couch. Pull out bed was rough so we just sleep on the couch. There is not enough lighting in the bedroom with two beds. Only a tiny lamp between the beds. The fan light did not work. We asked for a new light bulb but didnā€™t happen. Also the light on the fan over the table didnā€™t work. Kitchen well stocked. Would go back again! Just need the lighting to work!!.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was clean and well equipped. A hair dryer would have been nice for them to provide in at least one of the bathrooms though. Like others have stated the patio furniture is in desperate need of updating. But all three beds are very comfy and made for a restful vacation. Since this is smaller condo complex the crowd level on the beach during our stay, the last week of May, was very minimal and made the beach atmosphere very enjoyable. Not the nicest amenities on the complex and could use some updates on the exterior, but overall a wonderful stay and we would book here again.
