Welcome to SUN & FUN in Pelican Walk 901!
Pelican Walk 901 is a spacious 1550 square foot Beach front 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo with free beach chair & umbrella service included March through October. The beach and Gulf view from the wrap around balcony is expansive allowing you to see all the way to the jetties at St. Andrew's State Park! *Small dogs under 20 pounds, that are fully house trained and hypoallergenic, are welcome to join you on your family vacation.

Pelican Walk 901 features a charming coastal, beachy décor. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, two leather recliners, and stunning Gulf views. The best part is the spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the East side pool and beach! Enjoy plenty of seating on the balcony while you take in the amazing view. The master bedroom has a king bed with it's own private balcony. The adjoining master bath has a double vanity, a large custom tile shower with bench seat and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin size bunk bed - perfect for kids or teens!

Pelican Walk is located on Thomas Drive, the quiet East end of Panama City Beach! Pelican Walk is a family friendly, impeccably maintained condominium resort in Panama City Beach, featuring TWO outdoor pools (west side pool heated seasonally), gas and charcoal grill areas, tennis & pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, hot tub, sauna, and more! The helpful on-site staff at Pelican Walk are always happy to assist you in creating a memorable, family beach vacation!

Pelican Walk Pet Policy:
- 20 pound weight limit per dog
- TWO dog maximum per condo
- PET FEE charged by the Pelican Walk owner association is $150/per dog, per stay
- ALL Dogs must be fully house trained

Family vacation

Location and room were great! Everything good except no dryer due to button being broken. Had to go down to 4th floor other end of condo to use dryer. Very inconvenient with 8 people and trying to keep laundry done while on vacation.

Great view

Beautiful view. Very clean. Property management great. Mattresses are terrible. The retro kitchen I liked but the pots/pans need replacing badly. The TV’s could use an upgrade also. They worked but not well probably due to old age. I would stay here again if the mattresses were replaced.

Nasty Condo

Arrived to find condo with urine all over rug in living room, dining room table chairs, on floor and kitchen mats were so dirty, Kitchen needs remodel, missing remote in the living room and mold in washer. I didn’t enjoy cleaning the whole time we were there. Told front desk my concerns and 2 hours later, they called and said the would send housekeepers back. If they didn’t clean correctly the first time I didn’t want them to come back. Won’t ever visit this condo or Pelican Walk again.

I’m very sorry to hear you were not happy with the condo or the cleaning. We have never had a review like this. Possibly it was one of your 3 dogs that urinated on the rug? We found it odd that you would not allow housekeeping in to fix what was missed. Cleaners are human and on occasion they do miss something. It is guests like you that make condo owners not want to allow pets. But, thank you for your review…I hope you feel better.

HORRIBLE MANAGMENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently was my second time staying at the Pelican and it was nothing short of a beautiful hotel. We stayed in room 901 after seeing pictures online we specifically asked for the room. However the second night into our stay, the bed in one of the rooms collapsed underneath us. The next morning we promptly went to report the incident, without demise the young lady at the front reassured us that a gentlemen will look at it after our stay. Our trip comes to an end and we receive a damage charge for 300 DOLLARS. We quickly call the establishment assuming it must be a mistake and we are told that the charge is for the bed that broke down underneath us. It is completely unacceptable that we were charged for something completely out of our hands, something we REPORTED IMMEDIATELY, something that inconvenienced us during our stay because the bed was not sleepable. We made no fuss about the bed not being usable, not being sufficient for our stay. Management is not understandable and not accountable. It is so disappointing that I was one of those people who raves about this place and get now I will not be returning.

It is our policy to charge guest's for damages they cause to any of our condos. This policy is clearly stated in the Guest registration paperwork at check-in. The damage to the bed frame was significant as the bedframe was broken in MULTIPLE places. This was clearly due to misuse. It appears someone jumped on the bed to cause this type of damage. In all of our years managing condominiums we have never had a bed broken like this. The young man that reported the damage did so ONE day prior to checking out. Additionally, he minimized the significance of the damage and requested that we do not send maintenance to assess and fix until they have departed. Upon departure inspection, the bed was found to be in far worse condition than was reported. We have documented the damage and are more than willing to provide pictures. Please note, if the bed frame can not be repaired, the cost to replace the bed will be charged to the guest.

Then only concern was that the dryer did not work, we called and was told that the replacement unit was to be in on Tuesday and it was never installed. We did laundry and had to hang clothes out on hangers to dry.

Wonderful view and fast elevators

When we first arrived one of the elevators broke down but they had them fixed a few hours later. The elevators were pretty speedy other than that! The view was amazing 🤩 Grills were in the shade in the afternoons so that was nice. There is a pool on both sides of the condo. U have to check in at front desk to get your door code and parking pass. We brought our lil Shitzu with us, the potty area is alil walk but not too bad. It’s a nice lil shaded area at the end of the parking lot with potty bags provided. This is on Thomas drive, it’s the slower side of PCB 5 mins from st Andrews state park. We had 3 vehicles and it was great that they did not have a cap on how many vehicles u could have. Parking was not bad either. The kitchen is alil dated for the price but other than that it’s a real nice place 🤗

The condo had no other rooms to allow us to stay in so they refunded us and sent us out to find another condo at 7pm on a Friday night. We stopped into pelicans walk to see if anything was available and the sweetest women made it possible for my family to book here. We will hands down stay here again and again. The room was incredible... the condo was clean, well kept and updated.

We always look forward to visiting and enjoying the beach, gulf, restaurants, swimming pool, and (usually) very nice weather. We have stayed in a number of different units over the years and have been generally pleased with the accommodations.

The staff in the office were very accommodating and even let us use their refrigerator to chill our wedding champagne. It was wonderful not having to go thru a security gate; some might prefer but for us, it was a plus. The pools are small but they were never crowded. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We are planning next years vacation here.

First PCB Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at Pelican Walk I was very impressed by the amount of parking spaces that were available, the elevator wait was short. We entered our rental and were totally satisfied. The views from the balcony are beautiful. It was clean, with updated appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and lots of hot water for those long showers. There was also a very just a very short walk to the white sandy beach! Being located on the quieter side of Panama City. Makes for easier access. Beautiful condo,views, and friendly people. #901 at Pelican Walk has enough room for everyone! This one is on my list for future stays.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and Pelican Walk had been recommended by people that my son worked with. It was very enjoyable and the only issue was Covid 19 and the way that it effected businesses in the area. A lot of them were closed early and if going out to eat you needed to leave and be at location of choice by 4 PM or there was a long wait. I would recommend Pelican Walk and will stay there again myself. Beach was beautiful.Property was clean and well taken care of by management.Managers were friendly and welcoming. Favorite restaurant was Pineapple Willy's and Wicked Wheel.
