find your hidden treasure at Casa de la Arena…meaning “House of Sand,” wonderfully located on Pensacola Beach. Situated directly across the street from the shore, this vacation home has beautiful views of the sparkling emerald green Gulf of Mexico. Designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups, this home features an expansive deck with seating for the entire crew to take in the views together. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after beach days.

Upon entering, the spacious and open floor plan offers ample room to both relax and entertain. The pristine kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to create your favorite recipes. Five well-furnished bedrooms provide wonderful places to rest and each has a TV for optimal entertainment. When you want to venture out, find a wide array of fantastic shopping, dining, and attractions nearby.

Two rollaway beds offer added sleeping options.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was great, would only make one suggestion and get the a/c looked at. Didn’t seem to work well throughout the rooms. House itself was amazing, roomy, great layout and very easy walk to the beach and easy to get to restaurants. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Was very un happy. The towels in all the bathrooms smelled like feet. I had to wash them . There were some safety issues for my disabled family members. No mats in the bath tubs to keep from slipping down so I bought one.Their were alot of roaches so we had to spray. There were other issues as well .So we won;t be using this service again. Very dissatisfied with the over all stay.

The outdoor trash cans were full and stinky when we arrived. We did not have room to put our trash. Other than that the property was great and spacious especially for the price.

Great location to beach, Loved it was dog friendly. Had plenty of room. Liked having 3 showers. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, but small/med sized pots and pans. Upper deck is currently off limits, looks like working on repairing. Check in/out very easy. Would stay again.

We really loved the location being just steps from the beach. We had a family of 11 there & it was spacious enough for us all. Also, glad there was 3 full bathrooms. I like the fact you can bring your dog, even though we didn't. The sundeck has been repaired, it has a beautiful view up there. The property company called to make sure everything was good, we told them there wasn't many pans & casserole dishes, so they had all kinds of new cookware delivered to us whitin a couple of hours. I did hate that we couldn't check in any earlier than 4:00. Overall the place was fine with us, we would stay again.

Wonderful location Good for the price

Wonderfully close location to beach. Just across the street. Plenty of room and restrooms for everyone. Not luxury house, but definitely works for a budget friendly close to beach house. Would stay there again.

The property is very nice and clean. Lots of space, kitchen is full of amenities. The only comment I have, there is a step outside that if you don't know about it or you forgot, you can break your leg. My suggestion will be to make a ramp. Also, we know it's Florida, but we saw a few cockroaches, may be sending exterminator will be a good idea.Thank you for the nice place, we really enjoyed staying at your place.

Good vacation Overall.

Here’s the best things about the house: Beach access is across the street and over 1 house. Water pressure and hot water very good Air conditioning very good Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in shower (pumps on wall). Now a few items not so great: The beach view upper deck could not be used due to safety concerns. We were not notified until week of checkin. This would have been a deal breaker at time of our reservation. The dog area (fenced in) is off master room. Not our dog so traffic in / out came through our room. Furniture is very worn in living room. Big sink hole on one end. Outside shower has no privacy just a shower head on house wall. No hooks for towels you could only rinse off not change clothes. . This comment is just to be sure you are aware: Kitchen pans (2 fry pans) Teflon extremely scratched and small for cooking for 7. Only found 1 storage bowl with lid. Plan to buy everything. Foil, ziplock bags, spices, paper towels, toiiet paper-and trash bags. They do give you a 3 in bottle of dishwasher soap, 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags and 1 roll of towels. Kitchen table seats 6. Outside small table seats 4 and no umbrella. Not much shade around house and lots of stickers in yard.Big step down from living room to kitchen. We all tripped a lot the first day but then got use to it. Master is off the kitchen and washer/dryer is in master bedroom. We did enjoy our vacation in Pensacola.

Incredible Beach Location!

We were in town for a family funeral, and this home fit just what we needed for space and location! While the layout of the house itself is a little choppy, it worked well for the 8 of us that stayed there and the location could not be more convenient to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola! The price was reasonable, the home was clean and well decorated and we had plenty of space for our family to enjoy the time at the beach. HUGE bonus that dogs were allowed (though not on the local beach, the dog beach is just a short drive), which was another perk to this home most definitely!

Great Place for the price.

A 2 min walk to beach access was great. House was clean and neighbors were quiet and friendly. For the price compared to surrounding properties, you can’t go wrong. Would stay here again.

Great Location and Price

Would most likely stay again based on price and location. Cleanliness could have been better, we found a few things that definitely needed to be cleaned, even when we mentioned it and they sent the crew back out while we were gone, we returned and even though we could tell the crew had been back they did not clean what we said specifically needed to be cleaned. Found a few cockroaches throughout our stay, however that could just be natural to Florida environment.

Can not brag enough!

The value/location/lodging was well above what I expected. The walk to the beach was such a short walk. Our dog was happy with the fenced-in area out back. All the restaurants are well within walking distance or a short drive. Plenty of sitting space and beds/bedding. We have Walmart and they delivered at 7 am every morning. i would most definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach house

The house was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach is right across the street. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the waves. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We had ten in our group, plenty of room for all of us.

Perfect for our getaway

The house is pretty much what you see in the pictures. Plenty of room for a nice beach visit and reasonably comfortable. It is convenient to the beach entry across the street. We did not have a problem with bugs as others mentioned. The outside of the house seems reasonably well kept and going through some updates. The inside was adequately furnished and stocked including the kitchen. The description mentions 3 bathrooms, but we only found 2. There were only 2 of us so we didn’t really use the whole house. The light above the stove was not working so it was dark there. There is a fenced area behind the house, but a section of the fence is broken. The sofa in front of the window seems to have a couple of broken springs on the far left so it feels like sitting in a bucket. The dryer makes a horrible noise, and the door to the laundry room doesn’t close all the way so it’s loud. The wireless router kept disconnecting and would have to be reset a few times a day so that became annoying on rainy days. Some devices wouldn’t connect at all to the WiFi. A few areas to note. Vacasa uses a 10 digit door code for a door lock that times out quickly so if you have problems, enter it more quickly. We didn’t find a hair dryer in the house. If you walk your dogs, the house across the street has a yard full of sand spurs so if your dog starts yelling for no reason, check for sand spurs.

Vacation

Perfect place for our rowdy crew and dogs! Not luxurious but just what we needed for family vacation. Lots of good memories made. Close to the beach—relaxing listening to the waves and directly across from the sailboat that washed ashore.

Stay here!!!

GREAT LOCATION!!!! Beach was less than 5 minutes walking. The Peir was a 5 minute car ride. House had every thing we needed!! Clean! Homey!! We had 7 adults and an toddler and it was great space, everyone had space to move and enough bathrooms!!! 10/10
