To begin with, Vacasa wasnā€™t there when we were supposed to check in. Phone number posted went to a recording, offering to either hold or text for assistance. We waited for someone to show but nobody ever did. While I was texting with Vacasa about the issue, I noticed an unlocked lock box and found the check-in envelope inside. Vacasa had previously told us to wait until someone showed up so Iā€™m glad I figured it out on my own. We had the envelope and left before someone messaged me back with instructions. The unit itself was spacious and welcoming. The view was absolutely lovely and the location was ideal. The condo smelled freshly cleaned and everything appeared orderly. Andy Dā€™s was great.The moment someone used the restroom, we realized there was no hand soap in the entire unit. Back to texting a stranger from Vacasa to address to issue and someone eventually dropped off one bottle. It was several hours later and we were expected to use this one bottle for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.Next issue was on our 2nd night there. There was either a cleaning crew or a poltergeist in the unit above us from after 11pm until about 4am. Vacasa had no answers or solution to the noise complaint. Needless to say, everyoneā€™s sleep was disrupted, including our childā€™s. After being kept up all night by the sounds of someone (or something) dragging furniture and walking constantly above our heads, I noticed the bathroom floors were actually dirty and the bathtub faucet was moldy.

I highly recommend this condo. It was the cleanest condo weā€™ve rented in Navarre. Itā€™s a corner unit so it had plenty of natural light. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms were very convenient for ours girls getaway. The kitchen was the most well equipped Iā€™ve found. The ice maker worked well so we didnā€™t need to buy ice. The only things youā€™ll need to cook are oil and spices. There were plenty of towels provided but we did pack beach towels of our own. The included beach service was great. You need to go down first thing in the morning and put your towels on any set that doesnā€™t have a reserved card on the umbrella. You can pay the attendant 10 per day to reserve one but we didnā€™t find it necessary. The pool is heated in the off season starting in November but you wouldnā€™t want it heated during the rest of the year or it wouldnā€™t be refreshing. Overall we had a great week!

This was the perfect location! Easy access to the beach. Great amenities. Everything was clean!! Probably my only complaint is it would be nice to have some basic kitchen things like coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. just is kinda silly to buy two hundred coffee filters we just had to throw away! We had a set of sheets that were dirty and we got immediate help - itā€™s very easy to get in touch with someone. The gift shop was super nice! Pool was lovely!

The condo is huge with great views of the beach and pier. The balcony is massive with chairs and tables. The bed was comfortable and the unit is fully stocked. Now for the not so good. The beach gets crowded fast. You may want to bring your own towels, the ones provided are not very soft definitely after getting a little too much sun. The toilet in the king room needs to be secured it will move when u sit on it. Other that its a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Place was clean and as expected. Views were splendid. We really loved how close to the beach and pool. We were disappointed in lack of armbands - we were a party of 5 and only provided 2. Also, the area rugs were extremely dirty. Lastly, when we asked about included beach chairs, umbrellas and in unit hair dryers - the person who communicated said there wasnā€™t but they were in fact included. I would recommend better communication between owner provided items and the management company.

Hereā€™s a warm and family-friendly review you could use for your beach front condo stay over Labor Day weekend:We had a wonderful family getaway over Labor Day weekend at this beachfront condo! The location couldnā€™t be better, just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax.The kids loved being able to go straight from the pool to the beach, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets together in the evenings. Parking and check-in were easy, and everything was exactly as described.This condo made our holiday weekend so special, we made great memories and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay for our Getaway!

My family booked this condo for a 3 night stay at Navarre Beach. The location couldnā€™t be any more perfect. The home was clean and ready for us upon check-in. The hosts at Vacasa were very responsive to our needs and made the experience enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm. Beach access was well kept, and the complimentary umbrella and two chairs made preparing for time in the water quick and easy. We would definitely book again for future stays in Navarre.

Clean and quiet

This condo was very clean and bright. While there was a lot of activity in the complex, the condo was quiet and peaceful when we relaxed and slept each night. We loved that there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms. That was a huge plus. The included beach service with two chairs and an umbrella was the best perk! There is a beach store on the first floor of the building which was helpful. You can walk to three different restaurants and walk or fish on the pier. The beach had a lot of people on it, but we never felt too crowded.

Beautiful and lovely stay

The condo was very clean. We loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The condo was quiet and well taken care of. While the building was busy, it was like you were all alone once you were in the unit. I especially loved the beach service. Having chairs ready for us on the beach was amazing.

This condo is amazing! Loved the wraparound balcony. The condo is huge. The area is great; i.e. not crowded, stores nearby, beautiful beach. I have nothing negative to say. This is definitely somewhere I want to stay again!

Great condo!

My family and I had a great stay in this condo! Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and all the fun things that Navarre Beach has to offer. We really enjoyed going to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and saw Sweet Pea the sea turtle! Hope to stay here again soon!
