This excellent Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living area will provide you access to a beautiful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the terrace furnished with chairs and a table for comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for convenience. If you choose not to eat in, many top-tier restaurants are nearby. This condo has three TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system in the living room. Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. Enjoy the hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and fitness center on-site.

Island Princess's relaxing and welcoming atmosphere will make it your go-to vacation destination for years to come.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beach access!

Clean, easy check in, all appliances worked well, fully stocked kitchen and most of all, the beach was close and not crowded.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at this condo!! Condo was very clean which is important to us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Loved the view!! Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool. Would absolutely stay here again.

The view was perfect!!

We loved this unit. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The only thing that I would stress is that this unit does not have a designated parking spot like other units that we have reserved. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if you need to park close then make sure you are parked before dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation!

This room was perfect for our family for the week. Great view of the Gulf from the 7th floor. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I did like that there was a package in the room with dishwashing tablets and laundry tablets, extra trash bag in the bottom in the can and small bathroom items in case you need them. We didnā€™t have any issues at all. We had a great time!!

Great vacation condo!

This place is beautiful! It was so clean. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. There were towels and toiletries adequate for our 4-night stay. The condo is close to all the must-do attractions in the area. The beds were comfortable and the condo was surprisingly quiet without a lot of noise heard from other units or outside. We enjoyed everything. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great customer service and great place to stay

Condo was amazing with great views. We had an issue where the sofa bed mattress was worn and springs were popping thru it. I went to the front desk and informed them and by that afternoon the manager of the property responded with a brand new mattress. Will definitely be returning next year.

Condo was simple but nice. Needs deep cleaning (dusty). No frills or extra supplies to use (such as coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc). Vacasa app was great at helping with wifi codes, gate codes, etc because nothing was left in the unit.

Very Clean and Comfortable

This unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Property is on the top floor, away from the pool (which is great). The Island Princess property overall seemed to be very well maintained and was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased. Our family fit very comfortably with two teen boys, and my 10yr old daughter slept on the sofa bed. Views from the balcony and master bedroom are beautiful. We have used VRBO multiple times all throughout the 30A, Destin, FWB area, and I would definitely stay in this unit again. The condo comes with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no consumables in the kitchen. So, if you are staying more than about 3 nights, you will want to bring extra, along with basics like sugar, salt and pepper, etc.

It has everything you need

The condo is well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes. There are more than enough towels as well. The basic supplies of paper towel was there. I need to say that the service by Vacasa was amazing! They sent text messages, notifications through the app, left voicemails with check in and out procedures. They really uped their game! We go down twice a year so I'm sure this wasn't our last time booking this condo.

Spring Break 2022 with Grands

We had great weather clean and plenty of space for Grandmother and two teens. The pool and hot tub was a plus the beach access was wonderful. The chairs and umbrella attendants were very efficient and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo, but...

Island Princess is delightful. It's a wonderful place to appreciate the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The decorating is pleasant. The "but" in our title is because of the kitchen range. The splash guards on the burners have been replaced by the wrong ones. As a result, none of the burners sit evenly.

Vacasa is on vacation

The unit is delightful. We would like to rent it again. We've tried for two days to reach someone at Vacasa to renew our visit for next year. We've spoken to several people, all of whom tried to be helpful but none who could help. We're here for 2-1/2 months, but your systems treat us as "new" guests at the beginning of each month. Perhaps the IT people could be trained to handle long-term renters.

Perfect view!

We loved our stay here! The view was perfect, the condo was clean and decorated so cute, & the access to the beach was awesome! We also loved how many families were here for Thanksgiving break! The pool & hot tub were nice when it was too cold to go in the ocean. Also, the areas to store shoes & rinse off sand was well thought out. We will be back!
