"Welcome to “Lavendar Dreams By The Sea” in West Cape May. Built in 1857, this historic home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs overlooking Broadway, updated amenities throughout the home and is pet friendly with a fenced in yard. BEDROOMS: SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 1- Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 3- Queen Bed. THIRD FLOOR: Bedroom 4- 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds. ALL BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND and THIRD FLOORS. BATHROOMS: FIRST FLOOR- Shower Stall. SECOND FLOOR – Bathtub/Shower Combination. AMENITIES: Smart TV’s, high speed internet, washer and dryer, Nest System and supplemental air conditioners in bedrooms for additional comfort, fenced in yard, outside shower, gas grill and outdoor seating areas. LINENS: This home does NOT include bedding. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN blankets, pillows, sheets and towels for your stay. PARKING: This home does NOT include parking, on-street parking is readily available on all surrounding streets. BEACH EQUIPMENT: beach chairs and beach badges (in-season as a courtesy.) Please note: These items are shared between tenants and number is not guaranteed.PETS: This home is pet friendly and allows two dogs up to 35lbs, no cats. All pets must be confirmed with the owner. ADDITIONAL ITMES: Please no golf carts/ electric cars without a extra $50 fee agreement. ATTRACTIONS: 0.6 mile walk to Broadway Beach and The Washington Street Mall. This home is steps to restaurants and shops in West Cape May and a short walk to the farmers market that West Cape May holds in the summer. CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY! This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $500 Security Deposit, $225 Out Cleaning, $200 Pet Fee, $100 Per Additional Pet, $75 Processing Fee and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy. This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.

Great pet friendly getaway

All was well. Fantastic location and friendly neighborhood. It was bit chilly and the heat was broken but we made due. Great cafe right across the street has amazing breakfast. We all loved it!

Perfect for our bachelorette trip getaway

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had great space for the 6 of us. Great kitchen and living room for hanging out and being together. Great location, walkable to everything or a very short drive. We would definitely love to come back.

Amazing Trip!

Typically at the end of a vacation we're ready to get home, but I truly never wanted to leave! The home was everything in the photos and more! Excellent location walkable to many things. The entire fenced in home was great for traveling with a furry friend! Helpful hosts. Overall such a wonderful experience. Already planning another trip back!

Great vacation home

Lavender Dreams was wonderful. Well appointed and clean home with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching people go by. Great yard for a dog as well. The front bedroom can be noisy--Broadway is an active street--but using the fan/AC as white noise was, for the most part, effective.

Weekend family getaway

I loved this house. It’s old but has character. It was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Winery’s/distillery 2 miles away so a quick drive. Washington street mall 15 minute walk or 5 mins in the cars. So many bars and restaurants. And right across the street was a really cute breakfast/lunch place. I look forward to going back next year

Perfect getaway!

This house is cozy and roomy for a group. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard is so perfect for them to enjoy their vacation, too. The house was clean and tidy. The house is located close enough where you can walk to things, but far enough to be away from the business. A few things to be aware of: The beds in 2 of the rooms (2 queens) were very uncomfortable - they felt very old. The stairs are very steep (just fyi for dogs or kids) The house is a bit far from the beach, so plan to drive or do drop offs Overall, we had a great stay!

The purple house is amazing!!!

Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful, spacious, cozy home tucked away in the perfect location in West Cape May. The house was much larger than expected, and it fit my entire loud family (dog and toddler included!) so comfortably! The fenced-in yard gave us great privacy, and the front porch with the rocking chairs was everyone's favorite place to hang out. Amazing location just a quick walk from Washington Sq mall, the beach and most importantly Doc Mike's for breakfast!

Beautiful historic house, great location!

We had such a wonderful weekend girls trip at Lavender Dreams! The house was fantastic and had plenty of rooms and large spaces to hangout. It was also super close to walking to the downtown Main Street area of Cape May with all the restaurants, winery, shops, and beach. We only had to use our car once during our entire stay; otherwise everything was a short bike ride or walk away. The house is absolutely beautiful and stunning with a lot of the historic elements well preserved. Working through the realty agency who handles the property management was also really great and they were so accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Rebecca and Sarah were very kind and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the property! It was perfect for our family and dog. Backyard is so cute and great for some fetch with the ball. We brought sheets and linens, but didnt realize we needed pillows. So that was a little hiccup but an easy fix when we got some. We really enjoyed our stay, the location and charm of the house. Thank you!!

Lavender House

Beautiful house with a beautiful porch right in the heart of West Cape May. The owners and property manager was amazing! Any issue we had was immediately taken care of. We had a great time! The only thing I wish I was aware of was that the 4th bedroom is in a converted attic and I didn’t feel very comfortable having my little ones sleep up there. Aside from that, highly recommend!

Our stay was perfection! The house was extremely comfortable and the location was excellent. We didn’t get in our car once! We rode our bikes or walked everywhere. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

West Cape May Delight

Modernized historical Victorian delight. This house had it all. The beauty of a lovingly preserved Victorian with all the modern conveniences. Our family , including our dog Molly, loved the fenced in yard. It was perfect for bocce ball and corn hole games while we barbecued dinner. The yard is also beautifully landscaped. The house is walking distance to the center of town, but there was also a bakery, coffee shop, market, and restaurants just steps down from the house. We had a wonderful time and seldom used our car.

Excellent vacation

Cape May Get away

. Had a wonderful stay in Cape May. The house was beautiful and welcoming; well appointed, clean and fresh. Loved the little pet friendly touches. Perfect location. Took the Osprey boat tour great experience, historical trolley and enjoyed a different restaurant every day. Nice walks to the beach and shopping. We’ll be back☀️
