This beautifully updated home is the perfect spot for a family getaway! Located on one of the most charming streets of Cape May! From the front porch, enter this home into the living room which is open to kitchen and dining area . A perfect gathering space for the whole family! The first floor also is host to one bedroom along with a full guest bath accessible from both the foyer and bedroom. The second floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms plus a small media room which also has a pullout sleeper chair. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and a large bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The third and fourth bedrooms both consist of two sets of bunk beds. This property is terrific for outdoor entertaining with a screened in rear porch and large private back yard.

We had a wonderful time in Cape May at this home. The front porch and back deck were wonderful to enjoy the beach air. Property manager was exceptionally communicative and helpful.

Beautifully appointed, pristine property with all the amenities you might need. Charming street, large private yard and awesome back porch, house layout and size is conducive to large group but also perfect for smaller group without feeling overwhelmed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location and house!

This house was perfect for our family which included kids aged 1-9 and 6 adults. We loved the screened porch and the easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for cooking and the layout of the house was perfect for all of us. We canā€™t wait to go back!

Great family gathering house

The location is great for the interests of all ages and the house is big enough for everyone to feel comfortable but small enough to encourage gathering together. Both front and back porches were well used. Sean responded quickly to each correspondence. Loved it!

Perfect house, ideal location

This was our first time in Cape May. Family trip. We canā€™t stop talking about it! We had a wonderful time. House is perfect; located on a quiet and charming street. Close to beach and mall. Owner was great and helped with all our questions. We canā€™t wait to come back and would love to stay here again.

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood

Clean, bright fully renovated home in an older neighborhood. Tasteful minimal decor and plenty of amenities especially in the kitchen. Younger adults told me wifi could be better.

The beautiful home on Page Street in wonderful Cape May was just perfect for our family. We walked to the Mall, the beach, and to restaurants throughout the town. The backyard deck provided us with a place for dinners, nightly talks, and family gatherings. It is the best beach house we have ever had.

Perfect location

We had a group of family stay here and had a fantastic time! The location is perfect for walking to the beach and shops. The outdoor shower was useful for cleaning off sand. We enjoyed using the screened in back porch for dinner and playing games. We did need to bring our own towels and sheets, but pillows and comforters were provided. There were dish towels and a washer and dryer. The house worked perfectly for our needs and we had a great stay.

Hidden Gem !

We have been vacationing in Cape May for quite a few years and are so happy we found this home. It's a hidden gem on a quiet (alley) street. So very close to Washington Street Mall and very walkable to the beach. Parking for 3 cars was a big plus !!!! House was beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. We loved the screened in back porch and spent a lot of time out there. HIghly recommend. We will be back !

Perfect spot for family vacation! Kid friendly

This was our 2nd time staying at Sean's property, and we will drfinitely be back! The house has so much space for the entire family, and the screened in porch is a great hangout spot until everyone wakes up in the morning! The house is so walkable, ane very kid friendly for not being "baby-proofed"! Only pain point is the TV, which does air play through an apple phone, but we werent able to stream all of our stuff. Would highly recommend!

Loved it.

This is a recently renovated house in excellent condition. The kitchen has modern appliances. The living/dining space was very comfortable. The HVAC system works great. And the location was perfect - on a quiet street with virtually no traffic, but still walking/biking distance to Washington Street and the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the back and the open porch in the front. The owner shows great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Great location

We just finished a week-long stay and had a wonderful time. We had never been to Cape May and it certainly didnā€™t disappoint. This house was in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk (0.4m) and Washington Street shops and restaurants (0.2m). The house had plenty of space because of the open concept kitchen/dining/living rooms. The screened in porch was another great space, and we played lawn games in the small backyard. The owner was responsive. I highly recommend this area and this home.

Terrific option for a family getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this ideally located Cape May home. It was tucked away on a quiet street but very close to all the action - beach, Washington Street, Acme, etc. Highlights of our stay included the screened in back porch and plenty of comfortable seating, bluetooth speakers throughout to easily enjoy music, spacious and well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, and grassy yard to let our kids play safely outdoors. There was a tiny "room" that looked like just a TV loft online but it actually had a door on it and made for a perfect sleeping area for a pack-n-play. The house was clean and comfortable and easy to settle right into. The only downside was the upstairs bunkbed rooms and queen room shared a bathroom so there were times when there was high demand for one bathroom. But definitely not a deal breaker as everything else about this home is top notch! I would highly recommend staying here!!

A Quiet Oasis

This home was just as advertised. From the cleanliness, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the assortment of bedrooms. So I agree with the other reviewers regarding this. But what struck me was how quiet the home is. Since it sits on an alley, thereā€™s absolutely no traffic noise to ruin a good nights sleep. Walking around Cape May, one notices how much traffic there is on so many of the streets. I feel bad for all those vacationers who have rented otherwise beautiful homes, but on very busy and noisy streets. Another minor but good point about the home is how well the TV and speaker system is set up. It was effortless it was to stream my iPhone (with YouTube TV, Netflix, etc) to the TV. When listening to music, it was equally simple to stream music to different rooms around the house.

A lovely getaway on Page St

A well designed renovation that met all expectations. Being there the first week in October brought spectacular weather. Being off season meant no parking fees and very few people on the beach. Would have rather been closer to the water since the walk with equipment was challenging. Ended up driving since free parking and lots of open spots. Overall the place was very clean with the exception of bath rugs were piled on the washing machine and not available for our use.(cleaning crewā€™s lapse) Sean was very available as the host. Even provided his cell phone for texting which we did with several questions. Only suggestion would be to be more exacting as to the location of the lockbox. Expected it to be on the door knob. Minor. Overall very pleased with our stay! And especially loved the screened in porch! Thank you, Sean. You obviously take pride in ur property.

Great house for family getaway

We loved our stay! We can't wait to come back next year. Traveling with an infant was questionable, but Sean was easy to communicate with and let us check in a bit early for nap time! The house is a great layout for family, with an amazing screened in porch and plenty of space for everyone. The only tricky thing was the TV, but we figured it out eventually! Thank you Sean!

Fantastic Property and a Fantastic Town

Cape May was amazing, and the Page Street property is in the middle of everything..... the beach (0.3 miles), the mall (0.3 miles), and restaurants everywhere. Walking the historic tree-lined streets was so pleasant. We would love to come back to this location in the future. Fantastic... Fantastic ... Fantastic
