The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Ownersā€™ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

PLEASE MESSAGE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION. CONSTRUCTION UPDATES ARE PROVIDED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION APPROXIMATELY EVERY TWO WEEKS.

During the full month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed in all pool areas. Beach access times may be restricted by the City of Panama City Beach during March. Typically beach gate access is restricted from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the month of March.

This condo has key-less entry. Your requested number of car passes will be in the condo on the date of check in. The door code is sent to the personal email address the guest entered when booking the reservation. There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo on the refrigerator.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of America's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Hang Out Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

This 3-bedroom condo is located in Tower 2 on the 11th floor, The unit number is 1101. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella March 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.

All of the bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Tower 2 is adjacent to both the Lagoon Pool on the west side and a Polynesian Pool on the east side. There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. By far the best floor plan in Panama City Beach. All bedrooms and living and dining area have full on Gulf view with floor to ceiling windows in each room!!!!!

The primary suite has a king bed and balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed, seating area for two and balcony access. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony with seating for two. Each of the bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms and have dual sinks and tub/shower combinations.

This condo has been renovated and has a gorgeous new kitchen with new kitchen cabinetry, appliances, quartz counter tops, backsplash and large walk-around island.

Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem--dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. No public laundry here!

The living room has a sectional sofa and accent chair. The dining room has seating for 8 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. During the summer season (last week in May until the first week in August) the minimum stay is 7-nights Saturday to Saturday only.

This condo can accommodate 8 guests. There are two king beds and two queen beds in the condo. Each bedroom has its own adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combination.

The condo has been newly painted and has been furnished with gorgeous, brand new coastal furnishings.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are just a short drive away.

The condo at Long Beach Resort was beautifully updated and comfortable with stunning views of the gulf and great beach access. We couldnā€™t have asked for a prettier place in a better location. The condo was close to many things that made our stay convenient. My only gripe is that there are zero necessities such as not one spice for basic cooking, no hand or dish soap, no extra trash bags, we had to buy dishwashing and laundry detergent, and there was not a blow dryer for my wife-out of all of our stays in vacation rentals (weā€™ve stayed in a ton) weā€™ve never experienced this before. We had to go out and buy one. If the condo was stocked with basic necessities I would give it 5 stars hands down.

Overall enjoyed our stay, but for the price paid several improvements need to be made.

Dust on furniture in bedroom. Inside bottom of kitchen trash can filthy! I washed it out! Floors felt sandy! Floor tiles chipped. Paint peeling in showers.

Beautiful!

Beautiful unit with spectacular views! Very clean, very spacious and well-decorated. Access to the beach, was awesome! Some problems with the elevators, but when both are working, they are very fast. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing views!!!

Pros: super clean, great sized condo. Views out each room. Next to pineapple Willyā€™s. Not super crowded and also a super easy walk to the beach!! We absolutely loved the location. Cons: I had to reach out to get the door code bc we never received it. The door pad also died so that was a bit unfortunate being that we had to wait to get inside to get formula. However, host was fast at getting it taken care of. I do wish there would have been some kind of apology on her end for those two things but she never did. Overall, we would stay again.

Accommodations were very comfortable. Location was excellent and convenient. Keep track of those pesky wrist bands but you really donā€™t need them, never checked. We will come back, enjoyed it very much.

This is a beautifully remodeled condo with many upgrades! It was clean and when we had a minor maintenance issue, someone was there within the hour to assist us! Would highly recommend!

Great week at long Beach

Condo was nice and had most everything (dishes, cookware, small appliances, etc) we needed for a family vacation week at the beach. Only issue was with the elevators but that is pretty consistent with any high rise condo.

Mediocre Stay

The condo itself was nice. We enjoyed the layout, the location, access to the beach, the pools, etc. There were smaller things that affect everyday life that were an inconvenience. The freezer drawer was broken, the garbage disposal wasnā€™t working, certain outlets didnā€™t work, the outside light on the balcony didnā€™t work, the sinks didnā€™t drain very well, etc. The first day after we went and bought groceries the freezer wouldnā€™t freeze and we contacted the number that was given to us and never not once got a response. The only response we got was after we emailed, following the multiple texts. The maintenance worker was great. He was there within a couple of hours and fixed the freezer, sinks, and disposal with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PCB, we enjoyed the condominium, but we would not rent this condo again.

The condo was just as the pictures showed. As with most rentals it could use some maintenance and we were not informed that they would be surfacing the parking lot for a full week having us to park in adjacent lots. All in all it was a good unit and would recommend it.

Great property but trying to get the deposit

This is a nice property with a great location. I was a little concerned when I checked our bathroom to find 2 pairs of fingernail clippers and a pair of earrings in the drawer but we really enjoyed the stay. I have emailed the property manager about when we will receive the deposit back but I have not received a response.
