Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from August 4 through April 1. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.

Perfect Beach Condo for Our Girls' Trip!From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd picked the perfect spot! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every little thing we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and we loved sipping coffee on the balcony with those incredible ocean views.The place truly felt like our home away from home. We're already talking about making this our annual girls' trip spot. Highly, highly recommend!

Property was great and spacious, with great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with more than just the basics allowing for ease of cooking and serving for a large group. The condo was clean, large balcony with a great view, and well furnished.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First arriving at the complex we were shocked to find that the building next to us had caught on fire the day before. The main pool was closed and so did the bar/restaurant area look like it was closed. Caution tape was up all around. I was very much surprised that we didnā€™t receive a phone call letting us know this. We arrived into our condo to find that 2 of our bathrooms were dirty and we still had food in our fridge from the previous guests but everything else was fine. We just bought some cleaner and took care of it. Figured by the time you call and ask for help you can do it yourself. Plus not having an ice maker in your freezer ,for a 3 bedroom condo should be a must!! A total inconvenience to keep running out getting ice!! We have rented from blue swell before and I have to say we were definitely disappointed this time in our experience. The pool was closed for 4 days, yes there were 2 other small pools but sharing with 4 buildings it was quite crowded, Plus the beach had double red flags for 3 days. We did find out the hangout was open but not until the 3rd day. I just think preparing us for what to except when we arrived would have been nice!! I understand the ocean is uncontrollable but some events we could have been prepared for at the condo. All and all we made the best out of it. It was a rough week with rip tides and jelly fish.

Short Vacation

Beautiful 3 BR 3 BA. Each bedroom has a view of the beach and thermostat control. Very comfortable living room. 6 adults and all had a great sofa or chair. Very clean and maintained. I would rate our stay a 5 out of 5.Will stay here when we come back.

The condo was just like the pictures. We had a party of nine and the condo fit everyone comfortably. Loved the large dining table for group meals and game time. The balcony furniture was comfortable to sit and relax after a long day at the beach. Been to Long Beach Resort many times this condo is one of my favorites now.

Spring Break

Property was great, not too crowded over spring break. This unit is beautiful and very spacious. Love having a view from every room, extra balcony, and extra kitchenette for 3rd bedroom. Nice appliances. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

The pictures were spot on with the way this property looked, gaving us many memories. Other than the fact we were not allowed into the room early, eventhough it was not being cleaned or anything was a bummer, but we made the most of the time and were still able to access the beach and hangout by the pool for a couple hours. We had 2 families with 5 kids in total from 12-19 years old. The kids were in their glory. Dolphins every morning as we had coffee on the balcony. Within walking distance to so many things! Best double famly vacation by far! Owner was very easy to contact by text for any questions hope to be back soon!

Youth Group College Tour - Party of Nine

This place was an amazing find! We had a group of nine (seven high school students and two chaperones) and it was perfect for us. Each room had a fantastic view of the beach, and there was plenty of space for everyone, including a pull-out couch bed that came in handy. The large dining table was great for group meals and card games, and the kitchen was spacious, just be sure to stock up on groceries. We loved that our stretch of beach had several volleyball nets (bring a ball!), and the house was stocked with helpful beach gear like chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and some toys. Even though the water was a little chilly in March, we still had a blast playing volleyball in the rain. Walmart was only a 3-minute drive away, and we even walked to Waffle House. There were so many places within walking distance. We only wish we had more time to enjoy it all, but our early morning tours at FAMU and FSU kept us on a schedule. Hands down this was an EXCEPTIONAL rental!

Fall Break on the beach!

Best beach getaway ever!!

The beach resort is in a wonderful location, convenient to so many restaurants, grocery store, and anything else we could need. The condominium itself is a corner unit, beautiful views, and beautifully decorated and super clean. The layout was wonderful for the 10 of us. We had our own areas; the living room area was roomy and accommodated all of us comfortably. The three bathrooms were just right. The balcony area was the icing on the cake. Very comfortable seating and the views were perfect. The pools and beach were easily accessible. This was our eighth annual nurses beach trip, but this was by far the best condominium we have ever stayed at. I hope we are able to book this again next year.

Just as nice as the pictures

Perfect for our family of 7 ( 3 boys and 2 girlfriends) The boys had a room and so did the girls. Love that there is no parking garage. Never had to wait long for elevator. We have stayed at The Long Beach several times over the years but this was our favorite condo we have stayed in!
