Great Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property. Great space. Great location. Very clean. Only downside was that the community pool and hot tub was down for maintenance during the duration of our stay. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about. Would go again!

Great House for Families

Large well located mountain house

Had a good stay here with a group of 8 adults. The place is very large, with multiple levels, a big open kitchen and dining space along with living room. Multiple separate bedroom spaces and bathrooms. Also a beautiful rooftop deck. Great views.

Great base camp for nearby adventures

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of Dillon lake and a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect base camp for our nearby adventures. We had several very warm days, so the upstairs and front bedrooms were warm and stuffy with no air conditioning (despite keeping the blinds down all day). I had asked if there were portable fans during booking, but upon arrival there were none. It ended up being okay and only slightly uncomfortable for sleeping a few nights. The amenities center was small, but the kids enjoyed it one evening after a long day of adventure. The townhome was very clean aside from a full dishwasher upon arrival. Overall, the space was really nice and seems it would work well for a large group.

New Years “broader family” Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect! Immaculate in its amenities and offerings. Short drive to everything around, minutes from Keystone and a short drive from A-Basin or Breckenridge. More than enough space to stretch out, play some boardgames or relax in the hot tub. Super easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I will plan to book with A1 Vacation Rentals when in the area.
