This adorable, beach cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen/dining area and wraparound screened porch. A Little Salty Cottage is pet-friendly so bring your fur babies with you! In the mornings enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests, in that amazing screened porch!
NOTE: ALTHOUGH THE YARD IS NOT FULLY FENCED IN, A LITTLE SALTY NOW HAS A PRIVACY FENCE ACROSS THE BACKYARD.

Loved A Little Salty Cottage

Everything was soooo clean and comfortable. I didn't have any trouble getting in and finding what I needed. I had one question and it was answered promptly. This was my first time staying on Tybee and I would absolutely stay here again!

Grandmamas beach house with charm and comfort and convenience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I saw Little Salty when we passed by on our bikes a year ago. I could imagine myself on the screen porch. The cottage fulfilled my dreams. It felt a little like being embraced by my grandmama. It’s well equipped, beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. And to top it off, it’s located near the bike path and easy access to beach.

Anniversary Get Away

This was a wonderful property, quaint and charming in that beachy way. My husband and I were there for six nights with our dog Aly. The cottage itself is completely comfortable and I could live the rest of my life on the porch. It was just fantastic! The managers/owners were always in reach and communication was excellent throughout.

It was in a great location for walking, especially to the downtown area, two piers, and anything on the south end. Management and hostess were great to work with and very responsive.

Lovely House with Amazing Location

We stayed here with our two best friends, and it was the perfect size for four people, and an absolutely incredible location. Short Walking distance to main shops, main pier and fishing pier. House was very clean and communication from the host was excellent. The screened in porch was by far our favorite place to hang out and eat breakfast.

Great location

Fabulous little vintage cottage! Incredibly clean and love the porch and location. We received phone calls with information and to see how we were doing. Definitely would stay again and absolutely recommend!

Perfect Vintage Beach Cottage

I’ve been going to Tybee for over 50 years - have lost count of the number of lovely places I’ve stayed. Absolutely fell in LOVE with this little gem! Decor - perfect. Location - fantastic. Literally everything you can need for a home away from home! (Just re-booked for our 35th anniversary in December!) Can’t wait to go back! Thanks to the owner for sharing her lovely home!

This was a wonderful bungalow on Tybee Island.

This house was close to the Tybee Creek for shell hunting and crab watching, as well as, only blocks away from the beach. We were able to walk to all areas of interest, including restaurants, with ease. The house was clean and nicely equipped. The screened in porch was wonderful. We would stay here, again.

An escape & retreat with family!

It was spotless & filled with creative & whimsical original ART! The highlights of or visit was the large screened in porch......the concern from the Mermaid Staff delivering xtra blankets.....& the walk to the ocean took just a few minutes!I am ready to return.....if only Tybee was a little bit closer....kindly move the island closer to Lilburn, Ga.
