Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



With it's unobstructed 10th floor view of the Gulf, Bonita Beach and the back bay - we think you'll agree this is one of the most enviable views at Bonita Beach & Tennis. This elegantly remodeled studio condominium, located immediately across the street from the beach will provide the perfect getaway for a couple who loves the sun, sand and water! Located in desirable Building 1, it's closest to the beach access than the other building towers on property. The studio is thoughtfully outfitted to accommodate you for a weekend, a week - or even an extended stay to our tropical paradise beach town!



The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .



The living area includes upscale seating and community provided cable on the TV. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed balcony, where you'll find a table for two and a small settee - perfect for watching unforgettable sunsets.



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with provided linens, a spacious walk-in closet and 2 built-in storage cupboards to store your belongings.



The full bathroom comes with an oversized walk-in shower.

Bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and compact dishwasher; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided - including drip coffee maker.



Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 1.



When you aren't at the beach, you can soak up the rays and take a refreshing swim in one of two heated community pools and pool decks. Although tennis is not currently available, there are two temporary pickleball courts, shared BBQ grills, cornhole games, and a community space in building 3 that hosts seasonal events from time to time - look for postings on the bulletin boards near the elevators in each tower.



The newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club has proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches, making it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
