Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the stunning Gulf views, the comfortable bed, the shower, the screened balcony, and the convenient location near the beach, restaurants, and Publix. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our standard starter supply includes two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, which is consistent with the vacation rental industry. These are intended to get guests started, with any additional supplies purchased by guests based on the length of their stay. Regarding the amenities, the property description clearly states that the community's tennis courts are not currently available and that two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests to enjoy. We strive to keep our listing as accurate as possible so guests know what to expect before booking. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization of the condo as outdated. This unit has been recently updated and offers many modern finishes and amenities that guests consistently enjoy. Finally, July is considered the off-season in Southwest Florida, so the community is naturally much quieter than during the winter and early spring months, when seasonal visitors return and the area is at its busiest. Thank you again for your stay, and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and spectacular views.

Thanks so much for the 5 star review!

Hi Kevin - we're glad you all had a nice stay & enjoyed this lovely condo! The owners have provided a well-equipped, comfortable and updated space that is quite remarkable. We're very surprised to read that you found the beach difficult to get to. The beach is directly across the street from the complex; it's a 4-5 min walk. There are two entrances to the complex and crosswalks at both entrances. You booked a condo in the middle building of the complex so you could have picked either side to cross. You booked during peak season so traffic will be heavier, but it's slow moving speed limit. Perhaps on your next trip you'd find a property on the beach side more accommodating to your needs so you don't have to use the crosswalk.

Hi Kelly - thanks so much for taking time to share your experience. We're so glad you had a wonderful time and found everything you needed for a great vacation. Our team works really hard for our guests and we're happy to have been of assistance. We appreciate the 5 star review and welcome you again!
