Gorgeous 4-bedroom property fully updated with ~4,000 square feet of luxury on the deep blue waters of Lake Chelan. Enjoy the private shallow swimming area, dock with boat (8,000 lb) lift, (2) jet ski lifts, an extra buoy for a second boat, and a canoe available for guests. All bedrooms overlook Lake Chelan. Incredible great room and gourmet fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, multiple decks with fantastic views, large new private dock, private patio, hot tub and basketball hoop. Seats 14 for meals, game room with pool/foosball/air hockey, large second family room with new 75" Samsung 4k TV - both TV's had Sonos sound bars to enhance the viewing experience. Newly added Sonos sound system for the home so that you can stream your favorite music during your stay.

Fire pit overlooking the lake is seasonally available (not available during high risk fire season). Property use includes use of (2) kayaks, (2) paddleboards, and (1) canoe. Guests are asked to bring life jackets to ensure proper fit.

As of Oct. 1, 2021, WIFI has been upgraded to Starlink system which provides >100+ Mbps.

Under new ownership with updates including custom designer furnishings, luxury linens, new TV's/sound system, and fresh paint throughout the whole home. Property was previously being rated at 4.9 stars with almost 30 reviews.

Please note: for security and guest count verification purposes, the driveway and dock area of the home do have video surveillance. There are no video or monitoring devices inside the home or other private (hot tub, fire pit, decks) areas. Additionally, guests should not use the boat lift for pontoon boats since it is not designed for those. Pontoons can be tied off at the buoy. If guests would like to use both the lift and the buoy, guest should confirm both with be available since the owner will periodically use one for his family boat - guests will be given priority on which to use. Finally, parking is limited to 5 cars during the guests stay.

Stunning view

Stunning views from every room. Clean and comfortable. Could use some food storage shelving in kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house!

This house is absolutely amazing and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The game room was such a blessing to keep the kids occupied when they weren’t enjoying the lake. It’s about 20 min out of Chelan and we really enjoyed the quiet and privacy.

Incredible house and property

This property was perfect for our group. We loved having a dock at the house for our speedboat. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. Domenic was an awesome host. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely come back!

Another Wonderful Week!

What an amazing property and home, the perfect family getaway! Catching rainbow trout from the dock is rare on Lake Chelan, great fun! The family loves the game room when it’s time to get out of the heat. A truly wonderful experience.

Gem on Lake Chelan

Third time visiting this gem of a home on Lake Chelan. There are many reasons my family and I have returned multiple times to this same location but if I were to emphasize just one that stands out the most it is how gracious and welcoming the owner/host is in sharing his family's beautiful home. There are plenty of beautiful short term rental homes on Lake Chelan to choose from but this one hits every mark and is not to be overlooked in your search for that luxury, lake house vacation.

BEST VACATION WITH BESTIES

There were 5 couples that have been long time friends for over 40 years. This Lake Chelan was the best of all the rentals that we have had. It was very well stocked of all the utensils, dishes, cookware and spices you could possibly need. The great room was perfect for all of us to be together at one time. The guys enjoyed the pool table, foos ball ect. We didn't have the best of weather but we made good use of the deck, hot tub and down by the water. Dominic, the owner, was very helpful and made sure all was good with us. If we go back to Chelan we would definitely rent again.

Perfect weekend

We enjoyed lake Chelan for a 50th birthday celebration. Great house and property. Everything was great and perfect for our group of friends.

Perfection.

Chelan is an annual trip for our (2) families, but a first for us staying in the same house. It was a hit! We very much appreciated the gorgeous, well-stocked house and fantastic location. Dominic was a gracious, responsive host. Don’t think twice. Book it!

Pictures don’t do it justice

We stayed at the cabin over New Year’s Eve. The pictures and descriptions don’t do this place justice. The house has beautiful views, it’s gorgeous and extremely clean inside and out. All the amenities listed and more were up and running and available. Dominic was very responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we left and checked in multiple times, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We very comfortably slept 14 people. Plenty of winter activities around, Chelan is nearby, made it out to Leavenworth as well, went snowmobiling. It was a terrific weekend, would book again without hesitation, thank you Dominic. I can only imagine how fun this would be in the summer when boating and jet skis are available.

Another great stay!

Nice little cozy, fall, escape! Lots to do in the home when water activities are too cold. The hot tub and heated garage game room got lots of use! Whole family feeling relaxed and reenergized.

The Perfect lake home

If you are looking for a perfect house on the lake look no more. The host(s) are always a phone call or text away; they are down to earth, professional, and friendly. Really, It's hard to leave the house during your trip because this house has it all. Just bring food and wine. Relaxing hot tub, game room, private dock, open concept living room/dining room with plenty of privacy in each room are some of the highlights. This was a splurge for my family, but it was money well spent, you wont regret it...

Lake House Perfection!

Of all the vacation rental homes my family and I have stayed in over the years this one definitely makes the top of the list! We typically rent vacation homes in Seabrook, WA but on a whim decided to head to Chelan. This home is gorgeous inside and out and offers such a wonderful combination of entertainment and relaxation. My husband and I loved sitting out on the large deck overlooking the lake while we sipped our morning coffee or drank our evening cocktails with our friends. During the day we fished, swam, kayaked and paddle boarded. At night we cooked up delicious meals in the spacious and well stocked kitchen, hot tubbed, shot some hoops and played all of the table games in the garage. Aside from the home and all the many things it has to offer in a vacation rental the host made it all the more welcoming. Dominic was a very attentive, friendly and accomodating host and I enjoyed our chats over the phone the couple times he checked in to ensure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. My only regret is that I wish we could have booked this beautiful home for more than a 3 night stay. My family and friends could have easily stayed a week! We most definitely will be returning!

FAMILY VACATION

Absolutely wonderful house with picture perfect view of the lake. It was clean and looks nearly new. All rooms inculding the 5 bedrooms had great views of the lake. The patio was very nice with a great hot tub with extensive jets for good massage action. Nice basketball hoop and lounging chairs. The garage was equipped with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and air hockey table. We enjoyed using all of them. We enjoyed the picturesque drive into town which we were treated to seeing along the road a dozen big horn sheep and deer. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week of vacation. Dominick the owner was excellent and very super responsive . Roger

Incredible stay for a group trip

I can't say enough good things about this property! We visited as a group of 10 and found that the house met all of our needs and more. The location was perfect for a more secluded Lake Chelan experience. The kitchen was well-stocked, the sleeping arrangements plentiful and very comfortable, and the game room was enjoyed by everyone. We all loved having the option to take out the canoe, kayaks or paddle boards, or even just lounging out on the private deck/beach. Dominic was super helpful and responsive and answered all my questions right away. He also provided us with a detailed list of different hikes and attractions in the area, which was very helpful! The only note I have is that the wi-fi is pretty slow with all 10 of us on it, but it was fine since we didn't use it much. I loved being here and I definitely want to come back!

Beautiful Clean home with gorgeous views!

We had a group of 4 couples and really enjoyed our stay! There was so much included in this rental, it was so nice! There was 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a canoe. We had our boat and didn’t end up utilizing them all but we would love to come back and do so! The game room is great and we all played almost every night. The lay out is really perfect and makes the beautiful views accessible from most of the house. The baby eagles in the nests above were so fun to watch. there was a really great waterfall directly across the lake we went with our boat. So fun! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils pots pans and knives that you could need. Beds and bedding were all comfy. We would definitely recommend this home and plan to come back! Only thing we wish we’d have known was that the WiFi didn’t work well for all 8 of us and no cell service which I mostly love, But the only thing that would’ve been nice would be if our music would have worked better, but really it wasn’t a bid deal. Next time we’ll make sure to be better prepared! And Dominic was wonderful. So helpful and quick to respond!

Stunning property

The property is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning backdrop of the Lake. I’ve never stayed out that far in Chelan but I’m so happy we stayed there. The house the perfect for our big crew & all the beds were very comfortable. Dominic was extremely attentive & responsive to any requests. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The location was great & not far from the great wineries. I absolutely recommend staying here & we will most definitely come back again.

The PERFECT weekend getaway!

An absolutely stunning place to stay right on the water of the world's greatest lake, the house by itself is worthy of a five-star review, with entertainment options for everyone with the games in the garage; a basketball hoop, hot tub, fire pit, and large TVs, super comfortable bedding, a well-maintained kitchen, accessible and plentiful parking. Add that to being right on the lake, with a private dock, and five stars don't quite do this property justice; 10/5 seem more appropriate. I would venture so far as to say that you would need multiple stays to appreciate all of the different ways you could enjoy this place. Prop yourself up on one of the multiple decks with some tea and take in the views, enjoy the hot tub, grille some burgers, take out one of the multiple available watercraft, swim in the lake, enjoy the sandy lakeshore, show your friends/family who still "has-it" in a game of 1v1 basketball or pool. The list of fun goes on and on! Also, the property contains clear guides on check-out protocol, frequently asked questions, relevant internet information, and the host was extremely responsive and communicative to all of our questions. Really, and unequivocally, a perfect vacation. Thanks again!

Beautiful adventure!

Such a beautiful home right on a stunning part of the lake. Our family had a great time. The house had a ton of space. Kids loved the game room, big TV downstairs and the lake. After a day of hiking or biking, we rested in the oversized hot tub. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location, great house, great amenities

We spent three snowy nights at this house. The view across the lake is stunning. The house is very clean, and the owner left a wonderful care package for us when we arrived. Our kids loved playing foosball and ping pong. It's incredibly quiet, and long walks along the road are peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Erin and I have called Washington home for over 15 years. We have always dreamt of having a place to take momentary escapes from the Seattle metro area. The 3-hour drive to Chelan is a small price to pay for the opportunity to exhale and enjoy time with the people who really matter in life.

After having toured many properties over the last 5 years, we knew immediately 'this was the one' when we walked through the front door. Starting with the alpine feel on the drive along South Lakeshore Road, we were struck by the beautiful views, mountains covered with trees, and the peaceful setting of this home. Walking in to the enormous great room with a fully windowed wall overlooking the lake sealed the deal. Every room in the house with the exception of the bathrooms is water facing. This was the one for us!
