We had a great stay at this condo!! Perfect location! Easy drive to local restaurants, you can walk to the beach. Convenient ! Beds were comfort! This condo had everything you need!

Property was clean and beautiful. Only issue was the hot tub had too much chemicals so couldn’t use it cause it burned my lungs and eyes.

Clean, well maintained townhouse near the beach. Plenty of beach items and toys to use which is great. Communication is kind of slow, and no real instructions on how to use the hot tub (appeared locked down) or how to dispose of trash. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and general kitchen spices.

We absolutley loved the set up. Perfect for pets with ease of access to grassy area. The outdoor space was so comfortable and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed to feel at home.

Wonderful getaway

Fresh, updated, clean, lots of kitchen items available, enjoyed the mattress in the master. Had a problem with the undergirding of the master bed the first night but they promptly and apologetically took care of securing it the next morning. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great stay! Upon arrival and when we walked into Tequila Sunrise on the Sound, we felt right at home immediately. Loved the decor and the floor plan. Amenities were great and especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Everything was well-maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Especially loved the kitchen which was very well stocked and allowed us to make many delicious meals. Loved the Pampered Chef ice cream maker (I've bought one of my own). Our time at this unit was very memorable. We rented the golf cart for a day and enjoyed riding around going to the gift shops and getting coffee. You could tell the property owners put alot of thought into making their unit a place that people will want to return to. Shout out to Pensacola Beach Properties. They were the best and very responsive to any questions we had.

The property was nice and clean. Plenty of room for my husband and I along with our grown son and our fur baby. The bedrooms are huge and we loved that. They are a good bit of stairs to go up to the bedrooms and the laundry room. The stairs are big and a good angle so they are not to strenuous. I am not young and sometimes my knees bother me but I had no problems using the stairs. The swim spa was very nice but I did clean around it with clorox wipes, they're was black stuff around the water's edge. The filters definitely need to be changed. We did have a issue with it saying the heater was too hot but after shutting it down for 30 minutes it worked fine. The sound exit was a little weird to get too but we

The condo had plenty of room, was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed the large deck and furniture on it. The microwave was different and took a bit to figure out how it worked, two of the blinds didn’t operate and there were no local channels available on the tv which are the only reasons it didn’t get 5 stars. We reported the non working blinds and they said they would pass it on to maintenance so they might be fixed by now.
