Bright and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome sleeps up to 4 people and is pet friendly too!

The San De Luna complex will be undergoing a pool renovation starting at the end of September 2025 until February 2026. At this time the pool will not be usable, please contact our office for special discount rates for this time period.

Enjoy this uniquely decorated end unit that offers style and grace. The gourmet kitchen starts with a large island incorporating solid surface countertops, soft-close cabinets, drawers and chic lighting. The living area has a delightful gas fireplace perfect to cozy up to on a chilly night. There is also a smart TV surrounded by designer furnishings with a remarkable chandelier centering the space. Nine-foot tinted impact sliding doors give you great sound views while keeping out the sun and heat. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings and beautiful sound views adding romance to the setting.

Enjoy the amenities the complex offers including a pool, tennis courts and the lovely sound front beach. The gulf is a quick walk across the two lane road and as luck would have it the dog park is less than a block away! There is nothing you will enjoy more than staying at San De Luna unit #1. Book quickly because this has everything everyone wants and more.

Cozy Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home is so cozy and I loved the bohemian vibe. Location is excellent - we actually enjoyed the sound side right outside our back door more so than the Gulf side but Gulf side is just a quick jump across the street. Having the dog park right there was also an very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful soundside retreat!

Easy access to the beach as well! Appreciated the large, well-stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets and linens. Very quiet, safe location with lots of parking. 100% would stay again!

It is quiet and has fantastic views of the gulf. We love the decor, style, and colors. The home was great for our mini aussie and we appreciate having such a great dog friendly place to stay. The beach dog park is close and our pup loved the beach. We love that there is a king size and queen size bed. The mattresses are firm as previous reviews indicated. Paradise Beach was quick to respond to questions.

Slice of paradise

This home delivered way above and beyond. The back porch looking out to the bay is absolutely fabulous. We spent almost all of our time here. Parents were able to sit on the porch while the kids played at the beach just steps away. This home is across the street from the dog beach (one of only two on the island) and easy access to the entire beach. It is one mile to the Fort Pickens National Park, which also means you are situated in a very secluded, quiet part of the island. Blue Angels practice can be seen from the backyard and the pool gave us an extra great place to hang. The home itself was perfect. Very clean. Very comfortable. Easily one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen in a rental. It had everything we needed to cook our meals every night- including a clean gas grill. When you factor in that this is pet friendly as well, there is literally not a single thing negative to say. Incredible place. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it for a week!

Our favorite beach rental!

We absolutely loved this townhouse, our favorite beach rental yet. Perfect location and directly across from one of the dog parks, which was a huge plus for us, we bring our dogs everywhere. The townhouse was clean and had charm. Nice size kitchen and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Right on the water

The property was wonderful: the view from the bed in the master bedroom was like being on a house boat. This end unit was quiet and peaceful. The unit was exactly as advertised and the location was superb.

Beach paradise

The location and amenities were amazing but the rounded staircase to the bedrooms was downright dangerous—not safe to lug up and down suitcases etc. Not safe for seniors and children and impossible for pets. Need to disclose this in advertising.

Beach-Bay Spectacular Pet Friendly Townhome

Great location with Bay beach in backyard & Gulf beach across street. Pet friendly. Huge St. Augustine grassy area for dogs adjacent to Townhome. Townhome very clean, new furnishings & decor, well appointed. End unit, 2 1/2 baths. Large rooms, beautiful back deck overlooking bay. Everything worked in the unit. Near many restaurants on Pensacola Beach & easy access over to Pensacola. Beautiful National Seashore at Fort Pickins National Park right next door. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Covered parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had upgraded appliances and an updated first floor. I would have liked to have had a place to have a meal other than the kitchen bar/island but it still works just fine for a small group. I would not recommend this unit for a family or large party. The location is great as it is just far enough away for the beach to be more quiet and it's close to the state park. While the unit was tidy, I would have appreciated it being more clean especially in the bathrooms. The pool was clean but unfortunately too warm to be refreshing. Nobody used the pool and if they did, they didn't stay long as it was so warm. Topping off the water level consistently would probably help to lower the temp.
