BRAND NEW (HEATED) POOL AND HOT TUB AT SAN DE LUNA!

San De Luna #4 provides you with everything you need to make memories to last a lifetime on Pensacola Beach.

This beautiful, pet friendly, two-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home (with all new flooring) has functional living space, comfortable bedrooms and amazing views.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter-tops and updated appliances making cooking a breeze. Dining space for six people at the dining table and kitchen bar.

The living area has comfy seating, large TV and views of Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the weather and the views from the deck off of the living area. The main level also offers a half bath and washer/dryer.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master has a king bed, TV, views of the Sound and private bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, partial Gulf view and a private bath with tub/shower combo.

Don't leave your four-legged family member at home. This town home is pet friendly too! ($150 pet fee per pet)

Other amenities at San De Luna include covered parking, (heated) swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grill and complementary wireless internet. This water front town home is located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound and has access to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf just across the street. Shopping, nightlife and dining are a short drive away.

This place was very clean with great views. Sound was in our backyard and the beach right across the street. Loved the grass area for our Dog and the dog beach was easy walking distance from condo. Definitely staying here again!

Our stay at SDL was great, clean, way comfortable, great location on the Sound Side, and nothing across the street on the Gulf Side. Amenities were top notch, customer service was excellent, (no gas for the BBQ, delivered in 15 mins) and pet friendly too. Our 7lb Poodle Sofie had a good time too. Stayed a week, it just wasn't long enough, but we will be back.

Good Little Place

We enjoyed our long weekend at this condo. It was clean and the view was lovely! Beds were very comfortable, too! Only negatives were poor lighting in dining area and outdoor seating on the deck could use some more comfortable chairs. You might want to bring your own beach chairs for the deck.
