The house was adequate and functioned fine, but a lot of details could be improved. There was virtually NO organization of anything in the kitchen. ALL bedrooms should have dressers if you’re expecting people to rent the house for a month. Controls for the pool and explanation of the potential heating costs for the pool were not adequate. “Deep cleaning” does not include inside of cabinets and drawers. Do have to say the rental company was quickly responsive to send an iron and coffee maker over. Location was nice.

The home is thoughtfully organized and prepared for guest stays, although we understand that organization can be a matter of personal preference. In addition, all bedrooms offer dressers, walk-in closets, shelving, and drawer space to accommodate both short- and long-term stays, so we were genuinely confused by the concerns noted about storage.
We also want to clarify that pool heating and its associated cost were explained before booking and are further detailed in our welcome materials, including clear instructions on how to use the pool controls. We bill only for the actual gas usage reflected by the meter and charged by the utility company, without adding markup or extra fees.
Cleanliness is something we take very seriously. Our team thoroughly prepares the home between guests, including cabinets and drawers, and we stand behind the care we put into maintaining the property. At the same time, we recognize that individual standards and sensitivities can differ.
We do sincerely appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness. Although the iron was already in the home, we still delivered a brand-new one during your stay without hesitation, and we were happy to promptly provide the coffee maker as well.
After hosting for 8 years, we remain proud of the level of care and service we provide to every guest, regardless of the length of stay. While we understand that this stay may not have aligned with your personal expectations, we remain committed to offering a welcoming, clean, and well-supported experience to all who stay with us.
