This nice beach house is upgraded yearly, new: dishwasher, roof, stairs and front porch, refurnished, refrigerator, washer & dryer, water heater, wood flooring, 43-inch smart HDTV in Den, 2 HDTVs in both bedrooms & new HVAC! Our rental beach home 'SeaLaVie' is in Garden City Beach, SC at Sunset Square G. Rental home is a 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach.
