GetNauti.rentals offers this bright and inviting beach house. Side of duplex featuring 1445 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home offers a wide open social floor plan that combines the kitchen, eating, and living spaces into one great room. Perfect for a family or multiple families to enjoy a relaxing time together.
Upstairs hosts the 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with direct deck access and 1 with a private bathroom. Even though you’re not ocean front, you still have wonderful views of the ocean.
3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths not enough?! Then rent the adjoining home (2Nauti) and have double the space for everyone.
Unlike other rentals we include amenities to help you enjoy your time without the added costs. We include linens, towels, and beach activities. Stuck with a rainy day or had too much sun, grab one of the family games to keep everyone off their phones. If they have to be in their phones or tablets, WiFi is included.
Boss said you could remote work? Then do it here! We provide internet at 400+ Mbps from Spectrum with Google Wifi throughout the house with so they might even think your working faster than usual.
Beach access is close and our private outside showers are available to help you not take too much of the beach home with you.
Our goal is for you to love your vacation and start planning your return.

**Nauti 1 is designed for 6 night/7 day vacations. It can be reserved for 13 or more consecutive days by contacting us directly.**

Our daughter is currently on allergy shots and my father is also highly allergic. We try to enjoy the home too so please understand our side in this. There are pet friendly options but we don’t have allergy options. Thank you!

Great Location

The house was just as described and was a great place for a small group of us to stay! Very close to the public beach access was a huge plus.

Excellent place to stay. Could not believe how complete the.house was. All we had to do was.buy.food. .Highly recommend....

Great property

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and everything in the property worked great. I do recommend laying on the beds to choose which one you want the master is pretty firm and the balcony room is a softer bed so honestly it's a nice array of bed choice. I really liked the smaller beds in the rooms they are very useful for your items or small children. They provided beach towels and alot of amenities. The outside shower was GREAT and provided a full cover so you could get all the sand out. The outside backyard was great and the gas grills were a very nice extra. The host was very nice and quick responses and let us check in about 2 hours early. They also left us a few gifts which was a sweet gesture. I highly recommend this property.

First Time Being Nauti — Score!

Our first visit to Holden beach, first beach house in general as a young family with 2 young kids (including a toddler). The amenities (little things at your house you wouldn’t expect at a rental property) at Nauti1 really helped make our vacation great. Regarding kiddos, we brought a baby gate to block off the steps and moved their decor up away from little hands but other than that it was very conducive to our little one. Our 6 year old loved the back yard area for more fun playing in the sand. Lots of fun games outback for any age. We did use the outdoor shower a lot and it was great, but bring some shampoo/body wash to leave down there just in case. They may have some there but may not as well. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and comfortable (we brought our own pillows though) and the house stayed cool (we keep our home around 69 during the day and at Nauti1 keeping it at 72/73 during the day and 70/71 at night was comfortable. It felt cooler than we expected. They do have items to take to the beach but I would strongly recommend you bring your own chairs. Their chairs are fine in a pinch but due to aging that occurs close to the beach, they were rusting on the metal. The owner shared this with us beforehand as well so was very upfront. Overall we had a great time and would gladly stay here again with future trips to this area. We loved the close access to the beach, as well as short distance to food, playground, and splash pad. Highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

The Nauti 1 condo was a perfect choice for our family vacation. Chad was an excellent host- always quick to respond and extremely understanding. The condo had absolutely everything you could ever need too. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were supplied with adequate amenities, board games, outdoor games, and plenty of beach supplies. The local bike rental was booked out for two weeks, but with the Nauti, that wasn’t an issue for us; 4-5 bikes were provided with the property. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, and the kids enjoyed the local playground, which had a splash pad. Also, be sure to check out the local seafood market. We enjoyed an evening cooking out on the grill after our visit there. Overall, one of the nicest and most well-supplied rentals we’ve had the pleasure of staying at!

Dream vacation!

I visit Nauti 1 with my husband, my 5 year old , my mother & my sister. We all enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The beach home had everything we needed for our visit to Holden Beach. Steps away from beach access & beautifuly decorated.

This is the perfect beach house for people who have no beach supplies! So much stuff we couldn’t even use it all! The beach cruisers are the icing on the cake

We love Holden Beach but can't spend all of our time here so we purchased this place to share with you. So if the week you want is booked, it might be us and we apologize. But pick another week as we know you'll love our house and Holden Beach just as we do.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This property provides plenty of space, wonderful views, great amenities, and memories you'll want to repeat. We like that it is just close enough to the beach but allows privacy. Its not on the canal but that's a benefit after we saw the flooding and cars damaged from Iasias.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Not sure how long it will last but it's nice having a home with an empty lot next door. Not that it is unique, but the multiple decks allow for relaxing views to include some of the ocean. We also offer amenities that others leave out or charge you for.
