This newly updated unit will ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay at the Ilikai. Whether you're enjoying watching the sun rise over the ocean from the lanai, or looking out the gorgeous lagoon and ocean through the day, you will get the most out of your stay in this unit!

***Condo is listed for sale by the owner. Guest must agree to showings with two days notice.***

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV and high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. Book with confidence as we only provide legal vacation rental in Waikiki & the surrounding areas. You'll save when you book direct with Marina Hawaii Vacations. The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay. Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Great location with amazing views.

Great location with amazing views of the ocean. Was able to sleep myself and 2 friends comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

My family of four enjoyed staying at this property. The room has the feel of a condo with resort amenities below. You are within a short walk to the beach and have a great view from the balcony. We would stay here again and again and again.

Beautiful view of the ocean and lagoon

Loved the location. This unit was on 18th floor w view of the ocean, lagoon, luau at Hilton next door, Friday night fireworks The furniture was ikia style but just fine and comfortable

Nice spot for a couple getaway

The location, host and property were good. It's a hotel so you get a pretty standard size room and amenities. It still beats nearby hotels as you get a kitchenette with a fridge to cook you own meals.

Great room, location and view!

The room was exactly as described! The view and location were fantastic. There was plenty of room to store our clothes and belongings. We had a minor issue our first night in the room, but the staff was fantastic in dealing with the situation. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location and view

The property is fantastic for the value but it could use a little updating. The knives are very dull, the couch is a little dirty, the oven is missing the handle, etc. Overall a great property for the value.

Nice modern studio, great location!

This unit was great for a girls weekend for me and my two adult daughters. This unit is listed as a 1-bedroom, but there is no wall to separate the beds from the living/sitting area and kitchen, so I would call it a studio. The full kitchen is nice to have and is adequately equipped with all the basics, even a rice cooker. Since there are no dressers in this unit, the three of us lived out of suitcases on the floor for two weeks. I feel like it would have felt crowded if we had a fourth person, which we almost did. Coin operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. The best thing about staying at the Ilikai is the location. It is not quite beachfront, but almost! It is about a 0.5 walk to Ala Moana beach park or the shopping center, or walk the other direction to Waikiki.

Luxury Suites???

The room looked and felt dirty from the time we got there. We all wore flip flops in the shower because it didn’t seem clean. The room is dated and the beds are so bad that you end up in the middle because it’s so sunken in it’s like a pit. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for a 1-week stay and upon contact to get more I was told we don’t provide that you’re on your own. Halfway through the week we asked for a fresh set of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We had to pay a fee for that and they still didn’t bring the hand towels and wash cloths. So we had to call again for that. I was told “It’s after hours so I will have to see if I can get someone back to the property. After finally getting the towels, they didn’t pick up the old/dirty towels. At the pool you have to sign out for your towel. I left the pool area with the towel and was chased down by an employee who blocked my path and prevented me from going to my room with the towel. In the room, the dishes that are available to use were dirty inside as if they hadn’t been washed between guests. And any time I’d ask for anything from the Marina Hawaii Vacations office, the contact for this rental, they were no help at all. In short, the only redeeming qualities about this place was the ice cream shop in the lobby. There is nothing luxurious about the Ilikai luxury suites. I would not stay here again and I would not do business with Marina Hawaii Vacations again.

Was in town for a memorial service. Appreciated the convenience and ease of this reservation. Some responsibility on the guest to take garbage out at end I think can help remind guests to be thoughtful through their stay and must help in maintaining the quality of the space. Will stay again when I return.
