Fourth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo accessible by elevator. Living, dining & primary bedroom areas overlook the magnificent views of the water & beach. Sunsets are spectacular from the outdoor balcony with dining & lounge chairs. Decorated with a beach theme, every amenity you need is here in this condo. Kitchen is fully outfitted & has a separate pantry. Sleeps 6. 1 bathtub/shower in the master bath and a shower in the guest bath. Beach toys, towels & chairs, washer & dryer, TV's in each of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Come stay & play on the most beautiful beach with sugar fine sand & glorious sunsets. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Minutes to John's Pass. 14 day minimum, no pets or smoking.

The condo was great! Everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation! Everyone we met or talked to from renting to check in and check out and everyone in between were so helpful and kind! The beach was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous sunsets…even when cloudy!

The condo was tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It was well equipped and supplied. The agent was helpful and communicative. The unit was clean and welcoming.The condo complex was well maintained and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent! The city of Madeira Beach cleans and rakes the beach on a daily basis keeping the beach in a pristine condition.

Beach Holidays!

Great location. Lynn was the Best Host throughout our stay. Nice place to spend Christmas & New Years with the family versus our normal holidays in Vienna. We'll be back soon!

Beachfront condo

This place has everything you could possibly need! We brought so much with us that we never needed. From beach chairs, toys, beach towels, paper products. I could go on and on. I was told that the owner wants guests to feel at home. I most certainly felt at home! We loved it so much that we decided 2 weeks isn’t enough! We booked for a month next year.

Views and Sounds of the Gulf

We love Ocean Sand Towers: (the Gulf) beauty and (the beach) fun in the front, business on the back: little restaurants and bars, stores, transportation...This apartment, with its beach/ocean decoration, could, with just a little updates, be a perfect vacation spot. Lynn is a very responsive manager. We stayed 6 weeks, and it was too short. Can not wait to be back.

Great place to stay

This condo was lovely! Right in the beach! Fully stocked with everything you would possibly need. Communication with Lynn was fantastic! Very clean One thing to be aware of is that a second car will Most likely have to pay $60.00 if they stay longer than 48 hrs. Cash or check only. Don't leave your beach chairs in the garage unattended. It's worth taking them back to your condo.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The 2nd car charge by the assn. is new as the building had so many visitors this year that they had to institute new rules. Please come and stay again.

The view was a five star!!! Overall the unit was in very good condition. Master bed so so comfy. The complex old but well taken care of Our host was great and checking in was a breeze. That rarely happens at other places we've stayed at. Chairs,coolers,boards,floating chair,games for rainy days. books ect ect. The unit has everthing you need and more. we would definatly book again .

This rental, location and property were perfect. Property grounds very clean and beach directly off the pool and parking garage made for very easy access. With the exception that no notice was given regarding closing the parking garage gate to beach access for repairs until after I had my mom who uses a walker was all situated on the beach. Walking in the sand to the pool/beach access gate made for a very long hike for her and exhausting with the walker. It was so refreshing to experience the generosity, caring and help of other guest who assisted to get my mom back onto solid ground. The one glitch we had in the condo was with the auto blinds, to say that Lynn was extremely helpful and on top of the situation would be an understatement. Thank you so much Lynn. We hope to return in 2024.

Great location

Great veiws, we had an issue with the blinds for a few days which was fixed. Condo had everything you needed and in a great location. Looking a little tired and could use some TLC but very clean and priced well. I would not hesitate to recommend Erins property and would definitely use again.

Fantastic

Very nice place to stay. It offers everything you need to stay by beach and more. (Beach chairs and toys). Views are absolutely amazing. Everything super close, within 5 min walk (several restaurants, Winnie Dixie, CVS). Property manager very friendly and responded right away. Pool is heated and hit tub is a must! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you

Peace and Quiet

We came to the beach for peace and quiet and that is what we got. Condo very nice, views are amazing. Everything was well stocked.

Property was nice

Overall stay was very good. We did have an issue with the automatic door entry, door would not lock. Put a delay on our plans by about 4 hours. Condo was well stocked, bright and cheery. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Lighting could be updated in the kitchen, master closet and dining area. We would totally stay there again.

Great Stay

The property was in excellent condition. The views from the balcony are phenomenal. We loved the beach and how close it was. Groceries, Drug Store and many good restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The right place at the right time.

While we were planning to be in Florida in October, my father was diagnosed with Covid 19 Sept 4th. We traveled from Ohio and arrived in the evening of the 6th. We were so at home. Dad passed in the 8th which was sudden and terrible in every way but given the situation we were comforted been in this special place, with the wonder of what god created before our eyes. I learned we are here for a season and am so thankful for everyone that had a hand in securing this wonderful place for us on such short notice with accommodating arms. This is a place we hope to visit again in the future and wish the very best to owner of the condo. We will be forever linked b
