Our home has 3 bedrooms, master with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath has a shower/tub We recently updated the kitchen which has a place to eat at counter. There is a large dining room table to accommodate all. You will enjoy floating in new pool, sitting on sun shelf or relaxing in spa. We are a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria!

This house was wonderfully clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds, spacious closets, modern and well equipped kitchen all lended to a great stay. Even more, the heated pool and large spa truly made for an exceptional rental. I would gladly stay here again (I have friends already looking at it for next year.) Host Patty was easy to reach out to and attentive to providing a welcoming abide. I would highly recommend this fine home.

Perfection! All around pleasure to stay here.

What a beautiful home with all the amenities anyone would need for their stay. The pool is the perfect getaway! Added bonus is the osprey nest across the street. Had a lot of fun watching them! Thank you for everything!

Brilliant Easter Trip

We had the best time staying at Patty’s wonderful house. We have been visiting AMI for the last 20 years and have never had a bad trip - it’s our home away from home! The house was beautifully clean, well furnished with everything we needed. Our daughters loved the pool and we loved sitting out every night once they’d gone to bed - the garden is beautiful.The owners were on hand if we needed them during the stay too. We would definitely stay again. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other homes over the Easter period.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely the perfect place

This was the best experience we have had for a vacation. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The kids loved the pool area and was bigger than the pictures show. Will definitely be back

We arrived just prior to a tropical storm. Our first day was entirely inside due to rain. There was ample space and activities for us. This was a great place to stay.

Vacation February 2024

We loved our stay! The location is 2 minutes from the beach by bike or 8 minutes walking. The home was well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. Even though the weather wasn't warm every day, we were able to enjoy the spa!

Annual Girls' Trip

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We felt more like guests than renters. There were ample starting supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was our favorite spot even though we went for the beach.

Short walk to beach

The house was well appointed and the outside area was fantastic. We have 3 kids under 10 and it took us less than 10 minutes to get them all to the beach. My son left his favorite blanket there and the owners arranged to have it shipped back to us. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, great outdoor space and good location

My mom rented this house for a month, my sister and I each visited her throughout her stay. The place was great, well equipped, pool/hot tub and outdoor area was fantastic, nice grill (l love to cookout). Location was good, fairly easy walk to the beach. We had a golf cart so it was very easy and we were able to find a place to park every time. Very small issue with the hot tub and the dryer when we checked in but owner responded immediately and had them both fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Spring break stay

While we had a few numbs at the start of our stay, the owners quickly helped and responsibly took care of everything. The photos don’t do the house justice, it is very spacious. The three seasons porch was a favorite as well as the night swims! On a very quite residential street about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The owners had a very nice wagon available as well as a few beach toys and a few umbrellas. About 5-6 okayish beach chairs. We did purchase a 10x10 tent for the beach and left it there to add to the collection. We enjoyed this house and maybe coming back to it next year!

Nice "Old Florida" Cottage

The rental: My wife and I spent the Month of February in this cottage and found it to be very comfortable. It is quite spacious for a smaller home and has a very nice backyard area and Pool with a choice of sun or shade most of the day. It is about an eight minute walk from the beach. The house is well equipped with mid-range appliances and utensils. The frIdge's ice maker, and the garbage disposal did not work properly and the outdoor grill needs attention. We found the furnishings to be clean and very comfortable and the owners very responsive and accommodating . The Place: AMI is in transition from an "Old Florida" beach place to something different. Currently, this is best characterized by "construction disruption" and traffic grid lock. In short, there is no escaping the unpleasantness of construction, noise, and traffic grid lock everywhere. And this year the impact of the Red Tide (respiratory irritation and dead fish on the beach) added to the environmental woes . This was our ninth snow-birding season on AMI. Unfortunately, it will be our last.

Better then Pictured!

This property is amazing. It is better then the pictures show. The house itself was so spacious, yet cozy, so clean, and actually a little big for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked beyond belief. Great quality cookware, dishes, serving tools, plastic cups and plates. If we were to entertain, you would have a great selection also. The coffee pot was a keurig, however we found a traditional coffee pot later in the laundry room. The keurig became expensive, but the coffee cups were great! We had garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo, a bar of soap, sponge for kitchen, dishwashing pods and laundry detergent already there. I am guessing it was from people leaving it, which was so nice. There were also great quality linens, beach towels and beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, great landscape, quiet and private, hot tub was nice after the beach. They have chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, and even a whole wall if books. Honestly, a wonderful place. The only con I can think of is the walk to the beach. It is 10 minutes, but an easy walk. With small kids, it might be a little far (we had teens) I would not consider it within walking distance to pine street or local restaurants, but a very easy drive. I would definitely stay again! This house is definitely the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you for sharing with us!

Wonderful

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was great. The home had more than enough amenities provided and it was so nice! Fully stocked kitchen utensils, games, LOTS of books, plenty of space, plenty of towels, etc. Anything you can think of this home provided! Would love to stay here again!

Holmes Beach Paradise

We absolutely loved the house! It was better than advertised significantly. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was wonderful. The pool with sun deck and hot tub, lights, bbq, screened in porch, all perfect for a great vacation. The driveway fit out car and a golf cart 0 issues. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved our stay!

Spring Break 2022

We stayed the week of Easter. Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen was super well equipped. About a 8-10 minute walk to beach, but property included beach chairs/umbrellas and a cart to pull along. Nice outdoor area with pool. Location is nice about a 1.5 miles to Pine street area and 1.5 miles to Manatee public area, both within a bike ride. Several restaurants in walking distance. Had a great week, would definitely return.

Great Stay!

The house was quite spacious and well equipped. Loved the pool and lanai. The location was perfect - short walk to beach, trolley stop at the end of the street, a nice way to get around the island. Reasonable drive to sites in and off the island. Hosts were very pleasant and quickly responded to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here
