There is also a comfortable queen bedroom on the main level. Upstairs offers another king bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a game room with a twin daybed and twin trundle that can be converted into a king bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The upstairs loft includes a quiet sitting area perfect for reading a book or enjoying a game of chess, while the game room also features a fun play tent corner for small children.

* For transparency and security, the home has 3 outdoor security cameras located around the exterior of the property, including near the entryway, garage and back deck. These cameras are positioned outside only and help monitor the exterior of the property.

* No fires during extreme fire danger, high winds, or temperatures over 90 degrees. A responsible adult must also be present with the fire at all times.

*Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the dock.

* Firewood is not provided for the fire pit but may be purchased at the local convenience store.

Parking: 1 Car garage -5 additional vehicles are permitted in the driveway.

Maximum Occupancy of 9. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
