Heart of Historic District Steps to Nighlife by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We enjoyed our visit and this unit met our needs. However, the bedrooms are very cave-like without any windows. Also, the walls are thin, so the neighbors sound like they're in the room with you. If you're in Savannah to enjoy the downtown this place provides an easy walk and a place to crash.

The location was excellent - we walked our entire trip. The check in process with easy and the amenities were what we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the home so it was just enough for us.

Great spot to crash and enjoy Savannah’s best bars and restaurants. Place was quiet at night, away from the riverside.Some noise from the street-level during the day and then limited sunlight given street level but otherwise, a great location to see everything!

Location is fantastic, check in and out were seamless, communication was easy, and place was clean and convenient. As stated in other reviews a small investment in hooks, wardrobes, and/or towel bars would give you a place to put things. There was a noticeable lack of convenient storage for clothes, towels, and toiletries.

House is okay and convenient to many restaurants and shops. Front door was not usable due to maintenance. Amenities were extremely disappointing. Lacked many of the basics like dish towels, spatula. Only had three forks. Bathrooms were dirty. For the price, this house was not a good value.

Loved the location but the apartment is missing basic amenities (e.g, laundry detergent). Also, all of the artwork from the walls was missing. They should update their pictures to accurately reflect what the apartment looks like. Overall a good short term stay. I would stay here again for 3 nights or less but I would not stay here for a long week.

Great Savannah location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed with plenty of rooms and you can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything and easy to get to so many of the Savannah sites and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well! As expected, and great property. Only notes would be shelf in the shower, and the fridge outlet died so we had to plug it in on the counter. Fans in the bedroom would be nice. Thanks for a great stay!

We did get a weekly parking pass which was easy. We aren't used to attached home living, but neighbors were quiet by 11 pm. The roof top patio is no longer available. Didn't matter, but I think they are in between owners so previous took the art. Would be great to have two more comfie places to sit.

Good Location but would not stay in the same place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was not insulated. We heard the people up stairs stomping or running across the floor. The water from upstairs was so loud. We had no light in the kitchen. We had to move a lamp to be able to see. They sent someone over but nothing was done about it.

Mixed Bag - Great Location

Great location. Good space for a larger group. Parking is general parking on the street for a fee, but it worked well. Make sure you get the parking app on your phone. Property manager was helpful and delivered some missing items rather quickly. This vacation rental needs to be cleaned better, especially the living room floor. There is construction going on outside the building, so I am thinking a lot of dirt gets in under the main door which has some gaps. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms and showers worked fine. Also, the room we stayed in has exposed piping on the ceiling, so we would hear water through the pipes from the apartment above. Only stayed 3 nights, so it was OK. Art work on wall seems to be missing, but these are minor details.

Great Location, Good Rental

We loved the location of this rental, as it was close to Broughton Street and only about 10 minutes to River Street. The apartment itself fitted the 7 of us comfortably. and everything was clean. But for me, the little things would've made it 5 stars. Better towels, art on the wall, light above kitchen table, coffee filters, kitchen cabinet that wasn't crooked, COLOR. We were satisfied, but not wowed.

Too Expensive for What it is.

Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in and we had to call multiple times to get it. If this apartment was like $150 a night it would have been ok. At the current price it’s really absurd.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this property before and it is in a great location, everything is within walking distance but it is becoming tired. The wardrobes are falling apart and missing shelves. It doesn't appear that the floor is cleaned very well, at least not after each stay; I don't wear shoes in the house and after walking around the place my feet were very dirty, there is a "dirt" line around the baseboards. It's location right off the street probably makes the problem worse. I frequently book vacation rentals instead of hotels because of the convenient in and out access. This stay I did not receive the access code and had to make a call to get into the unit, the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helped me out quickly. in past stays at this location, I have emailed the property management and they were not responsive in a timely manner or did not respond at all. Other VR's I have stayed all my correspondence was answered very quickly. I will probably continue coming back here but could not recommend to a friend.

If you are looking for only location this is your place!

We were there for a bachelorette party and the location was amazing. We were within walking distance to everything. I will say the first room that we originally booked we could not stay at because 2 days prior to arrival the property management company called and said there was a flood. They did work with us to find a new place immediately. Here are the areas for improvement: 1. when we checked in they forgot to put new pillowcases on our pillows, we did call to complain and within the hour the cleaning staff had the issue was resolved 2. There is carpet in all 4 bedrooms, i highly recommend it be ripped out and removed as its disgusting. Its dirty, has an odor, and crunchy on your bare feet....We were all very grossed out by this. 3. the cabinets were clearly not wiped down as the pulls had gunk and residue on them 4. the kitchen sink faucet was also dirty The only additional complaint was how we all felt in the apartment. There is only one small window at the entrance of the place which makes you feel like you are in a dungeon. We all felt very enclosed as opposed to having windows within each room to give it that open airy feeling. If you are only looking for location, i highly recommend this place as its an amazing location, if you are looking for a little bit more i'd suggest alternatives.

The two rear bedrooms did not cool as well as the others so I would suggest ceiling fans be installed or if you are traveling by auto you need to bring a fan. Unfortunately we flew to Savannah so we did not have the luxury of bringing a fan. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and we walked everywhere. A suggestion-if you want to go to the river area, take the elevator at the Bohemian Hotel instead of walking all the steps!

Someone could be showering while someone could still use the vanity. The cons, noisy, we could even hear the toilets flushing above us. The front living area was very dark and there was no couch. A small sectional for everyone to sit in would have been nice. There were also no shelves in the shower or hangers in the closets, which was a minor inconvenience. The place was clean and we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere!

The only things that we would change is that there is no couch in the living room which makes things a bit more difficult with a big group looking to hangout but really wasn’t a big deal. The other thing is the shower curtains in the bathroom hang pretty short so be sure to put a towel down on the floor in the bathroom!Overall it is a great location and nice clean place to stay with a group, the roof is also a great addition! Would definitely recommend!
