This fab home has been completely renovated from top to bottom and features tasteful décor throughout, an open great room, gourmet chef's kitchen and dining area with patio sliders directly overlooking the water! 2 bedrooms on main level with full bath and large living room with 85 inch QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD player and a Marshall Woburn II Bluetooth speaker (to play your tunes!). 2 more bedrooms in lower level with another full bathroom and a den/entertainment area with 65 inch QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV with a Blue Ray DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and computer access at the loft level. The free play game room features Big Buck Hunter Reloaded HD, Gold Flare Elite Championship Air Hockey Table, Super Chexx Pro Bubble Hockey, Golden Tee 2022, "Ghost Busters" Pinball Machine, Tornado T3000 Championship Foosball Table, and Ultra Arcade 3 (featuring 150 games).

The Masthope community boasts a full variety of amenities. A separate amenity fee is required to enjoy the amenities: skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, swimming at our lake and two pools, a petting zoo and a multitude of sports activities. There is, indeed, something for everyone to enjoy! There is a baseball field, basketball courts, tennis courts and handball courts. There are three Masthope parks--one by the Ski Lodge, one by the lake beach, and one right on the Delaware River. Look for bingo, seasonal BBQs, theme night parties, comedy shows, teen and kids pool parties, kids camp, swim lessons, swim meets, hay rides, just to name a few of the numerous activities that are held in the community yearly. Masthope is the place to be!

Amenity fee: A separate amenity fee applies to use the amenities. The fee is $10 per person per day (excluding skiing and snowtubing, which have their own fees). Children under 2 years old do not need a pass. It's completely up to you to decide how many days you want to use the amenities (including none) and for how many persons. The amenity fee is separate from the booking fee.

Internet Services/Computer Provided: The loft area can be used as a mini office for the self employed traveler on the go if needed! There is a desktop computer provided if you need, with instructions for network login and password, and there is also Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home for your laptop, iPad and gaming gear.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: There is a full pull out sofa sleeper in the loft and a twin pull out sleeper in the main living room.
