HipNautic is a newly remodeled, ground-floor condo that has an open floor plan overlooking the shared pool/hot tub. Entertain in the open living room with a large sectional, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Twin over Full bunk bed, an additional Twin bed, and a TV. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is at the end of the hall. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway. It has a King-size bed, chest for your beach attire, TV, nightstands, and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. The bathroom has private access to the laundry room. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. The property comes with a 6-seater golf cart for you to use during your stay! 6-Seater Golf Cart Included - Subject to a $10 Fuel Charge – Short Term Stay Only

Weekend Getaway
Great condo/location! Everything as described in rental description. Provided golf cart was a plus-made the 5 minute drive to rhe Beach a fun experience!

Great property with fantastic location!
We had a wonderful time in Port Aransas due to this great place to stay. It’s minutes by golf cart to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. We spent the entire weekend on the golf cart which was included in the rental. Since we took the golf cart to the beach, my car didn’t get sandy or require any clean up - huge bonus! The pool and patio were perfect too! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

Prime location
Prime location ! Having a golf card included was a win win along with beach gear! Texting with property helped alot! Wish check in time was earlier but there is plenty to do while waiting! Will be back!

Nice house in great location - plus golf cart!
We were very happy with our stay. The golf cart was very nice. Lot's of giddy up and made getting around convenient. The house was clean and set up perfectly for our family. The community was also nice with pet stations located throughout and a big pool. Wish we would have gotten in the pool, though! This was our dogs' first vacation. They had a wonderful time and felt right at home.

We had a great time great location. Had a great pool near condo and the golf cart was an awesome.
Condo was amazing. Decorate was great. Kitchen had all you need to cook meals. We had an amazing time. Location of condo was great. The golf cart was an additional treat to ride in town. Never had to use my car at stay. I give a 5 star for condo 104.

5 Star condo 2/2
Our stay was memorable. My family visited Port A for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We checked in around 430 but was given the green light to check in early. Easy check in and communication from the management company was excellent. The condo was very clean and very nice. Close to almost everything. I will be return to this condo. 5 Stars

Good time. Check in needs to be done a few days before. Difficult to do in the car on my phone. Golf cart was fun. Loved the condo except needs some work on the water pressure. Pool was not heated! It is march! Couldn’t use the pool

Great Place
We were very excited and impressed upon check-in. Very nice people. They let us check in early.. (was a Wednesday) The wife said it was not clean. I didnt notice anything nasty but I guess it wasnt spotless. It's Port A!! The ad says "newly remodeled" I think its time to take that quote down. Dont get me wrong, it is updated and nice but used. If your going to cook, there are very basics but cheap. Bring a good pot and pan, tupperware, foil, seran, baggies, paper towels (there was 1 cheap roll) rags (unless you want to wash the 2 provided) bring Laundry detergent.. Glasses and coffee cups were great. silverware and utensils are fine.. Kurig only so bring plenty of kurig cups. We came in October so it was quiet and the pool and hot tub clean.. Awesome grills and places to sit and chill. We've been coming to Port Aransas for years and I think this is the best place we've ever stayed. If your thinking on getting a golf cart, this is definately a place to put on the list. One of the only places that includes it. Also, Port Aransas is going through alot of changes.. There's alot of construction and traffic and less locals. Its not the little town it used to be. Some of our favorite areas are gone. All in all, If and when we come back, it will probably be here at this place.

It was fine
The condo was fine. Beds were comfortable. There were no trash bags provided, no soap in the kitchen, dishwasher was full of “clean” dishes when we arrived (the detergent tablet was on the floor of the dishwasher still wrapped in foil). The products in the shower were a body wash/shampoo/conditioner combo. Fine for the boys but I would have preferred separate. The pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. Overall, it was fine. Likely will not rebook.

Great spacious condo
The complex Is very nice and clean. Unit was so clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. Was nice to have the small golf cart included in the rental for the weekend! The door is a bit hard to open with code and the knob, but we eventually figured it out. Will stay again!
