We loved our stay. The location was perfect. It was in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. It was more low key and quiet which was nice when we wanted to sleep. The golf cart was fun and great to have.

The place was really nice and was exactly as advertised. Outside of a minor electric issue with the garage and power, this was a fantastic spot. I appreciate the amenities, including the towels :)The location was so close to the public beach. And having the chairs and umbrella were great. The golf cart definitely helps get you around the area.All in all it was well worth the value.

The management company we worked with was excellent. They were very responsive and very accommodating to any requests. When we arrived at the property, everything was very clean, which made me very happy because I’m a clean freak. I would definitely stay at this property again.

No reason this got a 4 instead of 5 stars I was under the assumption that there were four bicycles. Bicycles are in serious need of maintenance. The change broke on two of the bicycles. My son had a pretty bad wreck when the second one broke luckily it was right across the street from the bike shop and I got fixed it for free. His knee was pretty gnarly. After the fall and he did not get to get in the water while we were there which was a big bummer.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan on coming back next year! Property was gorgeous and having the golf cart was a huge perk. We didn’t use our car for the entire week! We were shocked the pool wasn’t heated, but it didn’t keep our kids out of it!

Walkability was very good. Decor was amazing. The golf cart helped with beach visits. It was outfitted well with cooking: well-equipped. The front deck was a vital asset! Loved having coffee out there in the morning and offering a coffee pot and single cup was perfect!

Wonderful house perfect location!!!

We had a great getaway! The house is immaculate and had everything we could need. It is in perfect location, close to beach and shops. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Although it was a cold weather retreat getaway, we enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Our favorite was the golf cart that allowed us to scoot around without taking our vehicles to nearby places, including the beach! Great restaurants shops were next door, everything was so close! The space was so clean and in working order, modern coastal decor that was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. We appreciated the organization and well kept space! We also loved the additional night at a fraction of the price that was offered. We will be back and hope to book agaim by summer! Thank you for the memories, 30A townhomes!

Perfect Fall Getaway

My family plus two kids' friends stayed for the long Veterans Day weekend, and it was perfect! From the golf cart to the bikes to the location, we have no complaints!!

Family Vacation

The townhome was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The golf cart was an added bonus for getting to the beach and dinner. The beds were all so comfortable!

The kitchen did not have enough of what we needed. We had to go buy more dishwasher tabs, more dish soap and a scrubber. We also only had 2 kitchen towels to use ( not enough ) I do feel like for the amount of people it sleeps downstairs there should be a much bigger bathroom. But of course nothing can be done about that just something I noticed. Other than that everything was great.

Girls weekend

We had a lovely time! We enjoyed the golf cart and close proximity to the new plaza with coffee, Mexican food, shopping, etc! The townhouse was quiet and very clean. Loved it!

Beautiful property in a quiet complex near everything! Just note that the primary bedroom, living space and kitchen are on the second floor and secondary bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. It wasnt a problem for us but if you have issues with stairs it might be. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We would stay again for sure.

The best trip!

Very well- maintained property with everything you would ever need! Very nice furnishings! Kids room/bunk room is ADORABLE!!! Golf cart is a huge bonus! Great central location on 30a. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a great trip. Will be back!

Birthdays!

Stayed at this sweet little beach condo for our daughter’s birthday. Everything was perfect; it was clean, decorated perfectly and all of the beds were comfortable. All appliances worked, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and it was close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. We would love to return!

You won’t be disappointed!

We loved this townhome! It was just me and my two, young adult, children. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus and made getting to the beach easy. We REALLY appreciated that there were beach chairs available for us to use. The outdoor, covered patio was a nice place to sit and relax. We had a great stay and thank you to the owners for sharing it with us. 😃

Great Weekend Away

This property was clean, well stocked, plenty of linens and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay! It was a really nice set up with two king bedrooms and 5 twin beds (bunk beds and trundle). We had some minor things come up but it did not disrupt our stay. My only suggestion is putting a lock on main door that we could lock from inside and not be reliant on the lock with code. Maybe a top lock!? It did feel like a safe area and golf cart was very convenient!

condo was great, condo association was a bit annoying and cleaning crew not finding a couple of items (including a set of keys) accidentally left behind was frustrating

30A is always great

Overall great. The golf cart makes it fun to roam 30A! Overall good property. Needs a bit of love but we had a nice time. Property mgr doesn’t respond through VRBO app and our code locked us out at 7am checkout day but we were all packed up to go anyway so not a big deal-I just didn’t get back in to let trash out. Prop mgr great communication through their app though. I’d stay again. Beach access you have to consider options other than just closest one. During peak season I’d prob recommend biking to the beach because parking can be limited for cars/carts. Units are quiet—didn’t hear neighbors at all
