With over 3700 sq ft this recently updated private home has all the amenities you are looking for during your your week away in beautiful central Wisconsin. All furniture, bedding and amenities are new in 2020 as we recently purchased this property, so rest assured you will get a fresh and excellent condition experience.

Spend days playing in the beautiful waters of Silver Lake. Our lake frontage provides beautiful sandy beach and swimming area, shady grass area to sit and enjoy the very long pier to sit and enjoy the peace and quite. Water shallow near beach perfect for kids and lounging in water. Our property is just across a very quiet street from this private access shared with a few neighbors and is a short 30 second walk from the drive way to this beautiful beachfront. Note: We do not allow guests to park a boat on the dock or shore of our lake access. Only the owners of the shared access have the privilege to use the dock for boat parking. However, feel free to use the dock for lounging and swimming from it, as well as attaching floats for your water recreation needs.
Bedrooms all feature memory foam mattresses including a king size TempurPedic mattress. New linens and bedding for the entire house. Several rooms feature flat screen TV's and custom made furniture.

Additional sleeping is available in the four seasons room off the master suite. New queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. This room is very private with all windows and access from other rooms protected by zero visibility shades built into windows and privacy glass on door. Second sofa sleeper provided with memory foam mattress in the music room.

Very private back yard with well maintained gardens, large deck, stamped colored concrete patio, grill, gazebo and two fire pits will give you ample space to privately enjoy your time away from the lake. Outdoor speakers give you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite music while roasting marshmallows or grilling out. Front yard has plenty of room for you and your gests to play catch, play yard games and for kids to run around!

The kitchen has room to cook for the entire party with a Jenn Air gas range, three sinks in the kitchen and wet bar area, large stainless steel refrigerator and enough pantry room to store all your food and beverage. Extra range, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher in the basement to make clean up and storage a non issue. Wet bar in upper level also has an under cabinet dishwasher and mini fridge. The owners love to entertain and the house is stocked with all the needed appliances and gadgets such as a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, powerful blender, heavy cook ware, coffee bar with burr grinder, hot water kettle and pour over, French press and standard coffee maker included with rental.

Rain can happen on your vacation, although we hope it does not!!! However, rest assured if you have a rainy day it will not bring down your trip. Lower level has an 86" screen with theater seating and 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround system, pool table, pub table and many games. Owners are musicians and wanted to make sure the musicians who stay can enjoy the comforts of home with music around the well maintained Yamaha grand piano and included to use Guitar, Mandolin, Cello, Violin and Viola.

The house has great features like three zones for heating and air conditioning, maple floors, hand made custom Amish cabinets, Sonos and Google sound systems, sky lights, extremely fast internet and the yard and house are very well maintained. Check out all of the off-season recreational activities around Waushara County. From December through February, Nordic Mountain Ski Resort is only 10 miles away!! Great for families and those learning to ski. They also offer tubing! For more advanced skiers, check out Granite Peak only 75 miles away. It is a great day trip for those looking for a more advanced experience. Snowmobile trails nearby, ice fish across the street, hunting when the season is right, and so much more.
