Meticulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with beautiful beachy decor and furnishings, and walking distance to West Dennis Beach! Home offers water views of Uncle Stephen's Pond and peaks of the Ocean through the trees. Amenities include central air conditioning, updated kitchen and bathrooms, washer/dryer and dishwasher. This home has plenty of room for family with 3 separate areas to relax and enjoy your vacation. On nice days, relax under the deck canopy, play corn hole or other outdoor games provided with the home, enjoy a warm fire and watch the sun set through the trees. This home also allows use of garage, shed and a children's tea house in the backyard.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Every room was styled to perfection and the outside grill and fireplace were great for having bbqs and smores. Great views and close to all necessary amenities. We went fishing on smugglers beach and were able to go to Nantucket by ferry. The kids loved it and would love to come back next year!

It is minutes from West Dennis Beach but offers a beautiful private backyard which backs up to the marsh. The home itself its well-maintained with plenty of room for family members to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked. In the backyard there is a spacious deck, lounge chairs and fire pit area with Adirondack chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to the Cape for well over 25 years. This house, or rather home, is the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. Most beautiful furnishings, tons of room to relax and escape. Everything we needed was here. A short walk to beautiful West Dennis beach, even shorter walk to the Sand Bar up the road for great casual cocktails & dinner. The house is in pristine condition and very nicely setup and comfortable. The outside area is beautiful & lush, lots of seating, retractable sun awning, fire pit, gas grill. All of which we used. Just a perfect perfect place! Cannot wait to return next year for 2 weeks. Much thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting this house. Overall, it was charming with both modern and historic touches.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The deck overlooking the marsh was very serene. It was an added bonus awakening to the birds singing in the sunrise.The location is close to the beach and smack in the middle of many activities.The inside of the house was pretty clean. However, some of the pans were very worn and need to be replaced. There was also a shortage of teaspoons.We were most disappointed to find cob webs inside the grill that appeared not to have been used for quite some time and most of the outdoor tables and chairs were covered in mold. Being exposed to the ocean would certainly explain the presence of mold. Nothing a quick scrub didn't fix.Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental and look forward to returning hopefully next year.

Thank you for your feedback! We will send the feedback to the owner to get teaspoons and pots and pans. We apologize the grill was webby and outdoor furniture wasn't as clean as it should have been. We hope to have you stay with us again!

Perfect Family Vacation

It was our grandchildren's first time at the beach (they live out west) and this home is situated in an ideal location for plenty of beach time. The house is laid out beautifully for a large family both indoors and out. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of counterspace for multiple cooks. The three bathrooms and outdoor shower were very much appreciated when returning from a beach day. An exceptional vacation property - very clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.
