This 2 bedroom is perfect for the family getaway you have been looking for! Granlibakken offers amenities for all ages and is safe to enjoy. In addition, the condo is just minutes from beautiful Tahoe City and Lake Tahoe. Enjoy a bike ride, or walk to town!
A nice foyer at the entrance allows you to safely secure your skis and bikes for the evening. Step inside to the master suite to the right which includes a large bathroom and modern desk/workstation to easily work from home. The living room, dining, and kitchen is designed to entertain everyone together. Set up a spot for relaxation after a busy day or play games. The condo backs to a beautiful forest setting and it is peaceful and quiet. The second bedroom upstairs offers an additional sleeping space and a second full bathroom.
The newest upgrades include a gas fireplace in the living room, new flooring (upstairs and downstairs); upgraded bathrooms; upgraded kitchen; two "smart" TVs; "work from home" work station/desk; plus recently painted inside and outside. You will not be disappointed in the new features and warm welcome this unit has to offer.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 4 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
