Our immaculate modern farmhouse is a spacious 4400sf of beauty and offers picturesque views of the magnificent Catskill Mountains from nearly every room in the home.

An all season treat for family and friends alike. Every season brings its own beauty but summers are my favorite. Our gentle country breeze keeps pests away and keeps you comfortable from the swelter off the hill. Summer bon fires are the best, friends, s’mores and sky above filled with mesmerizing stars that seem reachable, a site you’ll remember. For the adventurous you’ll find the best hiking for all levels from as close as 10 minutes away. Zoom Flume water park is 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to horseback riding, golf, lake swimming and many other activities. Paddle boarding and kayak rentals are also close by or if you prefer don’t leave at all. Most of our guests come with plans and end up never leaving - that’s how wonderful this setting is.

Welcoming and comfortable your family and friends will be in awe before you hit the driveway. Once inside you’ll quickly feel “at home”, in this zen like quiet property, relaxing with luxury amenities such as quality linens, comfortable furniture, fully stocked chefs kitchen (see reviews) to the luxurious linens, jetted showers, and more. You probably won’t see your kids during your stay, the wide open grassy front lawn is as safe as safe can be and where they can run even fish if it’s the right time of season! This is our personal home where we live when it’s not rented. We built it for entertaining so you’re in the perfect place! You’ll find the space wide open with plenty ‘personal space’, the open floor plan and outdoor space (covered porch creates additional 1400 sf entertaining space) grants you all plenty personal room so no reason to be on top of each other. Choices… eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, the great room table (also a good place to play games) the formal dining room or the back yard patio table (both can seat up to 14). The chef’s kitchen is impressive as is the outdoor kitchen. Prep, cook, serve and store your meals with confidence you have all you need. If you’re an early riser your morning coffee will come with show. The breathtaking sunrises are well worth your time. Not an early riser, no problem there a 2nd opportunity to be awed by the spectacular sunsets then maybe head out for a bon fire. Enjoy nature and the fresh air and the safety and freedom to run about. Enjoy the friendly free ranging hens walking about and thank them for the fresh eggs you’ll collect from their hen house every morning

The Space:
You’ll appreciate personal space in the open floor plan. Kitchen layout was designed so the culinary master can enjoy the view and mingle with the party as they prepare gourmet meals on professional appliances in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen (nearly every small appliance imaginable, cook and bakeware, serviceware, platters, and more. Keurig, pods, drip coffee, frother, etc. The outdoor kitchen offers large oversized professional grill, griddle, ample counter space, group seating and dining table for up to 14. You’ll appreciate large open space and the generous seating to lounge in the great and dining room without being on top of each other. Wind down on the inviting front porch cocktail in hand and aroma of the gourmet feast about to be shared. From morning coffee and awe inspiring sunrises to afternoon naps and jaw dropping sunsets you’ll soon find out why our guests call this paradise. Start your days collecting fresh eggs or enjoying a refreshing outdoor shower and end them gathered around the fire pit star gazing and making smores.

Price is for 8 but comfortably sleeps 10 max ($100 pp pn after 8). Master bed with en suite, king bed, soaking tub, glass shower, bidet and private balcony. Two guest bedrooms and full bath on the second floor (one double and one queen). Two large rooms in lower level currently used for sleeping and quiet office space. Each room has a queen bed and a trundle bed. Infant/toddler‘s welcome but we do not provide crib or pack and play. High-quality linens, cozy comforters, extra pillows and towels are provided as is shampoo/conditioner and body gel.

We consider our dogs part of our family and expect you do too, so with prior approval we consider well behaved, potty trained fur babies. Oversized therapeutic memory foam dog bed as well as dog bowl offered. If allowed there will be a $100 fee and pet must be leashed at all times and crated when unattended. Exceptions considered when necessary. Excellent cell and Internet service. Shop, Hike, Ski (Windham 20 minutes away), swim, kayak, Paddle, bike, waterpark (Zoom Flume 10 minutes away), hike (all levels - closest easy pet friendly trail is 15 minutes away),, horseback riding (15 minutes away), Bailiwick Zoo (approx 30 minutes) Movies, Farmers markets, Breweries and winery’s, and many other local seasonal activities (fairs, concerts, theatre)and local organic specialties and other seasonal activities locally.
