Walk to Dionis beach or hop on the bike path and explore the island right from the house. Two private acres of land all to yourselves. Two hanging daybeds ideal for reading and napping. Plenty of lawn games and pool toys. Beach amenities include beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Easy drive or bike to town. Three floors of living space. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with 2 twins) with shared balcony, as well as 1 full bath. Main level has living room with smart tv, kitchen, dining area. Living area opens out to deck and pool area. Basement has bedroom with 1 queen bed and twin over full bunk bed, as well as full bath and laundry room. Plenty of parking. Pool cabana with 2 outdoor showers and half bath as well as covered seating and recently added fire table.

Things to know: This rental is for the guest house with use of pool, cabana, and all outdoor amenities. Interiors of main house and garage will be unoccupied/locked but outdoor decks on main house are free to be used. Parties, smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited. Our home is intended for small groups. The maximum number of people permitted on the property at any time (including daytime visitors) is 8 unless approved in advance. For security reasons, our property has security/doorbell cameras for all exterior entrances and access points on the property. There are no interior cameras or recording devices. Pool/spa open mid-May through mid-October.
