BK's Hideaway, with fire-pit and bike storage

Private Pisgah Forest Home with large deck, covered front porch, central heat and air and garage. The home was newly built in 2020. Room for six with King bed in primary bedroom and queen beds in bedroom two and three. Queen mattresses are memory foam for excellent sleeping. Outside there is a large covered front porch and there is a big open deck with a propane grill and several chairs for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. In the yard, there is a new fire-pit that is perfect for cool evenings and marshmallow roasting. Split bedroom plan with walk in closet in the primary bedroom and open floor plan in the middle of the home for living and dining area. Washer and dryer for guest use. The full unfinished basement has a ping pong table and chairs for entertainment and extra space for rainy days. Workbench for quick bike repairs and plenty of secure storage for bikes, or whatever you bring with you. Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee.

The Host
As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone. Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.

Excellent house!

The location and house were perfect for our family! We loved playing darts and ping pong downstairs when it was raining outside, and the kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Great property and location!

Had a great stay for the guys bike trip weekend. Plenty of room and the porch and fire pit were great spots to hang off before/after rides. The garage was great for storing the bikes as well.

Thanksgiving Trip

We loved the property and will be renting again. First time we have been away from home for Thanksgiving and we were a little nervous. No need….it was great! The house had everything we needed and the property is beautiful. And the surrounding area was so wonderful. And the fire pit was an added bonus.

Great Stay!

BKs Hideaway was a great house located about 15 minutes outside downtown Brevard. There's a large open area containing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house which is great when traveling with friends. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well equipped. The shower water pressure is a little on the low side but is fine as long as two showers aren't going at the same time. The bath towels are a little older and thin but work fine. The fire pit was wonderful!Be aware the house is 3 miles off the main road and the drive up the mountain is a little treacherous at night. Also, the turn into the driveway is a little tight - we actually backed in to make it easier. All in all, I recommend this place if you're looking to be close to town but want to be a bit secluded.
