Hi Lisa, thanks you for choosing our home for your stay. We appreciate your feedback because our goal is for all our guests to have no less than a 5-star experience. The house is located on a direct road that leads into the Pisgah National Forest (within 1 mile of entrance to forest). We love this for accessibility the house offers to the outdoor fun, and although the house sits pretty off the road, I can understand how the weekend you stayed being this years peak fall foliage weekend had more traffic than usual. I happened to be in the area that weekend, it was a beautiful sunny weekend with peak foliage and the amount of traffic was heavier than usual with so many people wanting to take advantage of the beautiful weather and scenery! Thanks for the suggestion on labeling the tv remotes, it's a great idea that we will implement! However, as seen on listing and photos, we only have one television in the house, and do not intend on adding more tv's to the home. We view this house as a comfortable hub for all outdoor adventures, however are believers that after an exhausting day of play the blue lights are off in the bedrooms and its time for a restful sleep of recovery. If Tv's in the bedrooms are a priority please do not book this home.
